“I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!”

“After living here for a year now, issues come and go however, my over all rating from 1 to 10, is 9.0 like the convenience of the shopping Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Chase bank, Wine and Spirits store, Starbucks and now the new Giant across the street, moreover, I like not just for these reasons my living space is perfect for me, with the all new appliances and washer and dryer in apartment and a very friendly staff from the care takers, cleaning folks, front desk folks and maintenance folks and the management staff, I also can walk to work if I wish. “I have lived in valley high apartments the past three years throughout pharmacy school. The team here has always been super helpful and professional with any of my needs as a renter. Moving from Florida I was a little nervous about the snow during the winter but they were always on top of everything here! Snow removal for the cars to go to work and sidewalk/steps to front doors. Leone and Fred were absolutely amazing at fixing any Maintenance issues I may have had. It’s very hard to find a friendly and GREAT maintained crew when renting. I actually loved my apartment layout! Closet space is amazing. They also made the process easy to have an esa dog, which is super relieving. Anthony in the office made everything easy and always was thorough with leasing documents, maintenance requests, explaining the different option for leasing, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Short drive to Temple university and other university’s, while staying a little further from crammed city living.”

“I’ve lived at Goldtex for about a year and have had a good experience so far. The front desk gives me peace of mind as far as safety and packages go, and the amenities (gym, parking lot, pool) are vey convenient. In my time here, there has been a change in management and I’ve been happy with both property managers. The new manager Ray has been friendly and responsive to any issues I have in the unit. Would recommend!”

I really appreciated each and every one of them during my time at The Battery. I am giving The Battery a 5 star review because of them. Shout out Veronica and team!!!
My only concern living there was the turnover on the management end during my time there, which lead to some inconveniences on renewal of my lease etc. Do know that rental spaces there for gatherings are very expensive and move out charges are a little heavier than expected.
Overall I would recommend anyone to live here. If I ever had to move back to Philadelphia this would be a great place to return. Cheers!”

“Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.”
