The two women there working were so incredibly helpful and kind and totally turned my whole day around. They promptly helped me and expeditiously completed my purchase and set up. “I went to T-Mobile to check out some deals on a new iPhone, and I had a lot of questions to make sure T-Mobile was a good fit for my area and work needs. Micah had every answer for me, answered my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to get my phone number switched from my previous carrier. Micah was on the phone with my previous carrier for 3-4 hours trying to get them to release my old number, and he was determined to get everything straightened out before I left. He did an outstanding job and made me a happy customer 10/10.”

We took it to Angela and Ben at the T-Mobile store and they figured out what it was and made the necessary fixes. “I am giving the 3139 Banksville Road location a Score of 10 because of the true quality of customer service & true professionalism that I received from your T-Mobile Expert named Daymon. He went above and beyond by doing such an excellent job of helping me get my phone back on track ASAP. I am a Lyft driver, and I just can not afford to have my phone offline and not fully operate properly or I will not be able to make any profits at all. Daymon had throughly explained my options and helped me with the process of getting me back online with Lyft right away. I now have a newly upgraded phone, a much better suited protective cellphone case cover, and also a very great screen protector as well. I am very much pleased with the quality of service that I have received from him, and I will also be referring all of my family and friends to him for as long as I have my phone service with T-Mobile because his service is so very appreciated. Despite some negative online reviews and despite it being a busy Sunday, we were warmly greeted by manager Drew and quickly assisted by Cassie. She immediately explained the options for replacing the phone, and after we elected one, Cassie made it all happen within an hour which included transfer of data to the new phone.
We couldn't have been more pleased and we heartily recommend this store and its great staff.”

“I took my son to the store to get a new phone after having it checked from Apple and realizing there was no hope to get it to work. It was fairly busy and everyone was working with a customer. It wasn’t too long-maybe 5 minutes-and someone came to check us in. We had about an hour wait so we did some shopping and came back. Another worker greeted us to see if we needed checked in when we got back and told us we only had one more person ahead of us at that time. We didn’t have to wait too much longer. Jay waited on us and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us out and really made a typically stressful experience easy. We will definitely make the trip to this location in the future.”
