“This place is amazing. I walked in expecting to just look at some shoes and pick out a pair I liked, and I got a whole experience. The nicest gentleman measured my feet and how I walked and sought out various pairs for me to try that would suit my needs and me individually. After trying a few on I found the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn. It was so cool and neat and as a DA thats on her feet all day having a comfy shoe that fits well is everything. I learned so much and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit!”

Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. He also helped me box the items up, since I was late delivering a wrapped gift. Top notch service!”

I was looking for a specific dansko sandal which he did not have in stock at his store but said he had them at his other store in Warren. “2nd time there. Ashley helped me yesterday. I returned a rubber sole ripped Pegasus 41 in the 60 day window. Paid $20 more for another Pegasus 41. The new ones are more comfortable. I bought more items and Ashley was very helpful. She’s been there for 3 years, that says something. Store is very clean and has a nice layout. Ask if there are any sales going on as their sales are lowkey but also on the Nike website and if they have the product, you are good to go.”
“I went there for insoles for my work shoes as I stand most of my day and wanted better arch support. They have a foot scanner and a pad you step across several times that analyzes your foot and step to recommend the best out of 9ish options there. I chose the multi-purpose elite insoles for my work and gym shoes because they feel great. I was able to forget they were in my shoes within the first hour I was walking on them.”

Offered to help so much and when my daughter, who has autism, was having sensory issues and began to become disregulated the staff went out of their way to make us and her feel like we weren’t a burden and non judgmental of our situation. “Amazing customer service! I came here today looking for a pair of the white cargo shorts they've been selling all summer. I really like their cargo shorts because they're quality and worth the money! They didn't have my size and all the shorts were on clearance. The super helpful woman on the sales floor offered to call the Olneyville location and see if they had them in stock. Not only did that location have the size I was looking for, but they also offered to hold them for me until I got to the store! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit!”
