“The customer service rep knew where to find the phone charging cable I needed. USB A to C and knew there was a display in the store to show me that it would work on my phone. When I mentioned how pricey it was, she explained that it was warrantied for life, unlike the one that came with my phone. She also explained how to fill out the warranty. Super service in my book.”

“I came in on a Friday evening and mneeded assistance changing over my cell phone. I worked with both Khrystyne and Justin. They were both amazing. Khrystyne was patient with me and helped me through whole process and even helped me to keep my current plan which was my ultimate goal. Jose was a great help and his patience and customer service was excellent! Jose really helped my daughter acquire her phone and sharing his knowledge of having tenure with Boost. I am grateful that he literally stood there while my daughter made her choice with his advice and expertise and she left so happy with her new phone and with an added benefit of not worrying about paying her phone bill till September!!
