“During tax season, I had reason to phone my institutions to obtain my interest information on my accounts. I was met with a variety of willingness from customer service agents ranging from “happy to help” to being reprimanded. Needless to say, being reprimanded just incited my motivation to remove all my money and close my accounts at that bank.
Recently, I called my “happy to help” bank again asking for assistance with an account. Once again, I was greeted with gracious and professional service reassuring me that my decision was not in vain.
Coastal1 is my bank of choice. I’m grateful for their service. I’m happy and relived they are my bank.”
“I recently went to Navigant Credit Union, in Lincoln, and worked with Caitlin. She helped me secure a loan and move all of my bank accounts over from another bank. She was very knowledgeable, informative and made me feel secure and confident in all of the big decisions I was making. She made the process of switching everything over from my other bank extremely easy a made sure I had everything in place prior to leaving the branch. “Kathleen has been our go-to banker for years! We first met her at PCU in Apponaug, and she eventually transferred to Coastal 1, st Sockanosset Crossroads. We went thru a very precarious situation with checks that hadn’t cleared, on a large ticket item. Kathleen knew to step outside her position in order to help a longtime friend, and member of the credit union. She knew it would work out because she knows us! Thank goodness for Kathleen and her neighborly professionalism!

In the impersonal world of banking, it is so wonderful to be greeted with a smile. I went into the bank today because I had a problem with online banking that was not resolved by calls to the main office. Tami Jackvony assured me that she would get it resolved - and she did! She listened so well, made several phone calls and made sure, before I left, that the problem was solved.”
