“Not only does Hamrick‘s have amazing deals, but they also have amazing staff. My mother, sisters, and I love shopping at Hamricks whenever we are in Columbia. Yes the checkout line can be long (because of their WOW deals), but it always goes very fast!Yesterday our cashier went above and beyond. “I'm a first timer at Home Goods and I was surprised by just how much they have here! They have almost everything for decorating your home. My wife and daughter were in their glory! The store was clean and stocked with so much! Some of the aisles were narrow and might be difficult with a wheelchair. It is a home decorators dream store.”
“I had a very good experience with the manger of the Chanel counter! I think her name was Tonya. She was very kind and helpful, I couldn’t find the perfume i was looking for, so she gave me recommendations, and a lot of samples for my grandma, who loved them. Overall, great customer service and lovely attitude :)”

We had a nice conversation while she efficiently processed my transaction. In fact I was so caught up in the conversation I nearly forgot about the coupon I had. “4/22/26 I shopped upstairs in the Kim Rogers & Crown & Ivy sections of the Belk at Columbiana Mall. The 2 employees working were Keshia & Racheal. I was overwhelmed trying to find tops for my skirts & shorts. Keshia walked around with me in her department & helped me match every pair with a beautiful top. Then she gave me her opinion on each outfit as I tried each one on. Racheal held down the register alone while Keshia helped me & Racheal checked me out. This kindness & helpfulness is not the norm these days. Thank you ladies for going over & beyond your job duties to make my shopping experience very pleasant. I will return to shop there again!!! These ladies deserve commendations & raises. They are model employees.”

“It’s my favorite store where I can find my favorite perfume. It had been 5 years since Covid I had been usually only buy my perfume on line. But this time I went in person they had good deals I went directly to clearance and found my self some really nice sweaters the lady in the perfume area helped me make the choice which one fit me best. She had great customer service definitely will come back because of her. The only thing I was kind of bummed out was they did not tell me I couldn’t return some shoes because supposedly they had a yellow sticker unfortunately boots didn’t fit me and would of liked at least a credit so I could buy more sweaters. But they said not it on next time I will read the small print about the clearance. Over all thank you for all you do.”

“Walked into this store last week and was stunned. It looked like a brand new store! Everything was so organized and neat. The store was never bad but this was a huge improvement. Talked with one of staff named Janet and she was a delight. I’m not sure if she was in leadership or not but if not, she should be! I have worked in a similar type of store so I know the pay is not much so clearly the staff here is working far harder than the pay reflects.”

“Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!”
