“Wow wow wow! Okay, so I dropped my phone a few times and cracked the screen and took it here to get repaired, they fixed it for me super quickly and it was as good as new! They've been perfect multiple times for me now. There was a bit of an issue, and I had an accident with it again and some of the adhesive came loose and my phone screen came detached (again, my fault with how rough I treat my phone). The incredibly kind people that were working got my screen working again and had it fixed in just a couple minutes without charging me a dime. I really wish I remembered their names, but it was a lady with cool colored hair and a gentleman with short dark hair and they both have cool tattoos. Anyways, They were incredibly kind, transparent, and went out of their way to help me. They even cleaned out my charging port free of charge and got me set up with a new battery! Thanks again and I WILL be back!”

The entire staff gives you a warm, friendly welcome, and it’s a great environment. You’re not standing around with no one paying attention to you. Not only is the person you’re working with Attentive to you but all of the staff. I was offered water, coffee or soda ? lol WHAAATT!!! I’ve NEVER been offered that in a cellular phone store. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new service or to upgrade if you’re already are a T-Mobile customer.

“As a “old school” senior citizen, I was fearful of an iPhone upgrade (mine was a 6); but I knew it was necessary. Maddy was so patient taking her time to show and explain all options to me, including Verizon services and pricing, while making sure I understood everything. I left with an iPhone 15 (with everything transferred from my old phone) and a more comprehensive data plan confident in my decision and in my knowledge of the new phone. “2 years ago, Emil moved my entire family to T-Mobile from Verizon (after being loyal Verizon customers for 27+ years.) Emil was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind. We were able to set up 7 phone lines, 3 watch lines, and internet service for 2 households.
Fast forward to last week. Even though commission is no longer an incentive for T-Mobile employees, Emil provided exemplary service! He showed so much patience helping me navigate switching plans, upgrading 2 phones, and answering my never-ending barrage of questions. Customer service of this caliber can be hard to come by these days, but Emil goes above and beyond every time!”
