Rita's Seaside Grille
2 Center St, Folly BeachThe dining atmosphere was casual and relaxing. Service was very good, but the Shrimp & Grits was the best my mom and I have had. And we taste shrimp & grits all over the states. We are true southern girls, so this was a real treat. Especially on the charming local Folly Beach, SC!

The Bounty Bar
15 Center St, Folly BeachWent here because I read online they offered gluten free buns, turns out they have a whole selection of gluten free options included hand battered chicken fingers which were actually amazing. Will be eating here again and was very happy! Bartender was fantastic and atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting.

Woody's Pizza
39 Center St, Folly BeachBest pizza in Folly over the years we’ve visited. When we came to pick up a pie on 11/29 last week whoever was working was really friendly and happy ?

The Washout
41 Center St, Folly BeachWe had an awesome experience at The Washout in Folly Beach! From start to finish, everything hit the spot. The kids devoured their chicken strips, crispy, golden, and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. It’s always a win when the kids are happy, and they couldn’t stop talking about how good their meal was.
I ordered the lobster roll, and it was packed with fresh, tender lobster meat on a soft, buttery roll. Every bite was loaded with flavor. But the real showstopper of the night was the she crab soup. Creamy, rich, and hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. If you visit, you absolutely have to try it!
The whole vibe of The Washout is laid back and fun, with that perfect beach town energy. Great spot to catch a game, enjoy some local seafood, and soak up the atmosphere. The service was friendly, and even though they were busy, everything came out hot and fresh.
If you’re spending time around Folly Beach, this is a must visit. Excellent food, family friendly environment, and a great place to relax with a cold drink while watching sports. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Catch 23 Restaurant
10 Center St, Folly BeachGreat location. Service could have been better. The crabby bucket is alright but I would recommend just going for the legs ; not too much meat in them. Their drinks were good but little alcohol and overpriced for what it was. You pay for location. Boyfriend chicken pasta was pretty good. Again just average

The Crab Shack
26 Center St, Folly BeachThe best flavor for she crab soup in Folly Beach! It also has actual pieces of crab in the soup. The fried calamari was tasty and served with a tasty remolade. The service is attentive and the drinks are good.

Loggerhead's Beach Grill
123 W Ashley Ave, Folly BeachCame here on a trip back in May and it was the best ever, we returned here multiple times during our visit. Purely beach vibes everyone is so kind, the food and drinks were all spectacular. I still think of this place to this day! The lowcountry lemonade cocktail was to die for!

Taco Boy Folly Beach
106 E Ashley Ave, Folly BeachVery tasty food, but (esp for Mexican fare), not everything is GF. The tacos are soft corn tortillas, which is fine. I had the Kimchi beef & grilled shrimp taco platter. Also ordered the fresh avocado & chips. The grilled shrimp taco was just ok, but all else was GREAT. Lots of these (Folly Beach) restaurants have flour-based wraps and breaded meats.. you can find GF choices, but it's limited.
