107 Sawtooth Ln, SummervilleI came in with my pomeranian mix to get his wash, nails done, trim, etc. I wanted 1 inch cut off of my dog's hair, keeping his current natural style, which is long and flowy. She cut off way more than an inch. She also changed the style to short and choppy. His mane under his head is still beautiful tho because she hardly touched it, just tidying it a little. She also cut the curls behind his ears which I specifically asked her not to do. I also asked her to get the 2 small mats under his ears and she did not, leaving them for me. So, I'm not a pleased former client. See photos attached.

When my older dog started suddenly showing signs of diabetes, they were able fit me right in the next day, even though I know their schedule is very tight. They were so compassionate and caring towards my animal and my family when breaking it to us that she indeed has t1 diabetes which is a serious, lifelong condition. They spent over 2 hours sitting with us and patiently explaining the ins and out and management of her condition and they even let me practice giving my dog fake insulin injections so we were comfortable with the routine. As much of a shock this was, this vet and his team were just so helpful and professional. The tech went above and beyond and called around to check insulin prices for me, she didn’t have to do that. Excellent customer service is something that I never expect anymore so I was pleasantly surprised and amazed by this vet office who genuinely care about their patients and families! The pricing is fair and manageable compared to other offices. I never feel ripped off or like they’re trying to pull one over on me. I love this vet. Highly recommend.

In line in front of me, it took all of my strength not to speak up before I got my order. But the man in line in front of me should not have made these two hardworking employees stress out any more than they already were being short staffed and still trying to get his order, correct and in a timely and pleasant manner. I work in customer service. I have for 10 plus years. These two staff members handled this situation.A million times better than I ever would have.So I made sure before I left to comment.And let them know how good of a job they did and how to not let other people's bad days affect theirs. Also my cookies were delicious thank you!

Now I have to say, this place is interesting, but the food is excellent. I read another review saying Swig and Swine was better, and I beg to differ. I was at Swig and Swine two weeks prior, and got brisket for take out. Paid for a pound, which had to be barely that, and it was dry and lacked flavor. Bakers pound was way more meat. Bakers brisket was moist, tender, and had great flavor even without sauce. The potato salad, beans, and especially the Succotash were so good. Fifty bucks for 3 people, and we had leftovers for another meal. The guys that work here are friendly, polite, and do a great job. I will be back for sure!

We sat outside on the patio, a very pleasant choice when the noisy AC unit wasn't running. (Pro tip: don't eat outside in hot weather as it may be difficult to converse; if you do, get a table as far away from the AC as possible.) But DO go - the food is wonderful. I had their unique and flavorful Cajun Pasta, and I thought it was perfect. The blend of Blackened Chicken, Andouille, Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms was fresh and flavorful, and the sauce was perfect - not too thick and wonderfully complementary. My colleagues raved about their choices, and I can't wait to go back. Wheelchair accessibility was good, and there were plenty of tables that fit to choose from.

We’ve eaten at The Icehouse 5 times now and each time the service, food, and atmosphere have been exceptional. Today, we had the Ribeye, filet mignon, she crab soup, Caesar salad, and macaroni and cheese and each bite of each of these items produces a delicious burst of flavor. Everything is cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The staff is always so attentive and friendly. We truly love eating here and this is our date night spot for years to come!
