I always look forward to seeing her, she knows me and both my 2 dogs by name, Aurora and Scarlett, we call her Aunt Sarah bc my girls LOVE her! I come in for dog washes all the time and she always makes it convenient for me bc I wash 1 dog, go home to get my other dog and she makes sure I have everything I need each time, Sarah is awesome!!!

She is punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the animals in her care. She has always taken such great care of my dog and goes above and beyond to keep me informed about anything she notices, whether it’s dental health, skin issues, or ear concerns.
From our very first appointment, Michelle took the time to explain what to expect and even showed me around her van, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my dog with her.
We recently had to move out of state, and finding a new groomer has definitely made me appreciate even more how wonderful and dependable Michelle is. As soon as we’re able to come back, I won’t hesitate to reach out to her again!

She cut off way more than an inch. She also changed the style to short and choppy. His mane under his head is still beautiful tho because she hardly touched it, just tidying it a little. She also cut the curls behind his ears which I specifically asked her not to do. I also asked her to get the 2 small mats under his ears and she did not, leaving them for me. So, I'm not a pleased former client. See photos attached.

I had never bottle fed kittens before, Abigail and Dr. Jurgensen was so loving with the already scared kittens and gave my friend and i really helpful and AFFORDABLE resources on how to care of them, the after care of bottle feeding, and what to buy. One of the best parts is the visit and supplies they offered were budget friendly! I already have a cat and he is registered with another vet, they are amazing too but ill be switching his care to Brighton as well as my new kitten. Great job ladies!

I’ve brought many cats to them — indoor and outdoor babies we take care of in our feral colony. They are ALWAYS incredibly supportive and work my babies in as soon as they can — even if they haven’t seen them before. They are massively knowledgeable and are eager to share what they know about the issues you might be facing. They are understanding and thoughtful and I never want to go to another office.
I previously had a sort of monthly care set up through a separate corporation veterinarian chain (I’m sure you can guess which one) and stopped taking my baby there bc I felt patronized and dismissed by the staff and frankly uncomfortable. I’m so thankful I had previously visited Sweetgrass and they quickly took us back in and provided amazing care.
I’m so thankful for ALL of the sweet, caring staff in this office (front desk, veterinarian team, EVERYONE). Every person has been amazing during every interaction I’ve had with them. And at this point I’ve had many 💛 Thank you for the hard, sometimes difficult and heartbreaking, work that you do. It makes such a difference in so many lives

The tech asked questions and took notes and took him to another part of the clinic. At the end the doctor came out explaining what they had determined to be the cause of his problems and prescribed medication for it. For today’s visit in and out in about 30 minutes.

We sat outside on the patio, a very pleasant choice when the noisy AC unit wasn't running. (Pro tip: don't eat outside in hot weather as it may be difficult to converse; if you do, get a table as far away from the AC as possible.) But DO go - the food is wonderful. I had their unique and flavorful Cajun Pasta, and I thought it was perfect. The blend of Blackened Chicken, Andouille, Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms was fresh and flavorful, and the sauce was perfect - not too thick and wonderfully complementary. My colleagues raved about their choices, and I can't wait to go back. Wheelchair accessibility was good, and there were plenty of tables that fit to choose from.
