Other than perhaps burying your own child. Riverbank made an absolutely terrible terrible thing the most pleasant experience I could have possibly imagined. When I'm ready, I'll get a new buddy. Communication was wonderful from the start, and I really appreciated the intro call they do to learn your space and how to approach your pet as an individual. Each Walker, who took care of our dog was wonderful, they post a lot of pictures and give you a pretty detailed summary of what they did on their walk. Our dog was really taken care of, and I felt very safe with her and this dog walking company. We will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend to others who are looking!

The staff were all incredibly kind and we had Angela as a server! She was wonderful and very charismatic! We never felt rushed or unwanted and overall really enjoyed our experience!
