Shampoo, conditioner, sensitive skin products, aprons, towels, pet dryers, hot and cold water, brushes, and combs are all provided. And they clean the tubs in between each client. $18 per dog (which is a bargain!)
There are three stainless steel tubs with silicone loops to keep your dog in tub. They are all in one room in the back of the store.
I typically call first to know if there's a line Since one of my dogs is reactive. I have been told by the employees that the weekends are very busy with self-serve washes So I go Monday through Thursday before 3pm.

I came in to the store today with my 2 dogs and honestly, i couldn’t believe she had only been working at this location for three weeks. She went above and beyond to help me find the products for my new puppy and on top of that, after she jumped out of my cart, Bailey helped carry her for me while i was shopping. all while filling online orders, helping at the register, stocking shelves, assisting another employee and other customers along with myself and that’s just what I personally saw during my visit. Despite doing so much at once, Bailey had an incredible attitude, stayed friendly and patient, and never made me feel rushed. I cant thank her enough for helping keep my new furrbaby safe and helping me find exactly what i need. PetSmart is lucky to have someone who works this hard and cares this much about the customers, pets and her team. This woman truly deserves recognition. Also congrats on your new baby Bailey! Hes such a cutie!

The others weren’t giving him the love or individual care that I wanted him to have while I work. At Zen Dog, they knew my pup by name after his second visit. He is really shy and gets scared, but he always is wagging his tail when we walk in and he sees whoever is sitting at the front desk. I could not recommend Zen Dog Daycare enough!

1400 Midtown Ave, Mt PleasantWe got so lucky finding Pete’s Pack when we moved to the Charleston area. Pete first came all the way out to IOP to start walks with our now 9-year-old lab mix, Allen. He really worked with us on our schedule and was always super flexible. Our dog takes a while to warm up to people, but Allen immediately felt comfortable with Pete and the rest of the pack.
When we moved to Mount Pleasant, we started doing pack hikes, and the ease of pick-ups and drop-offs—while knowing Allen was having the best time—really made us happy and put us at ease. With a new human addition to our family, Pete was really there for us and helped with more hikes and boarding. It was just like a slumber party for Allen, and I could tell he always felt right at home with Pete and his other fur friends.
We're moving to Connecticut and can only hope to find someone half as good as Pete. At the end of the day, knowing your pup is safe and so happy is everything you could wish for. We love you, Pete!!!

Right from the start, they confirmed all the details of our dogs’ feeding and medication schedules, which immediately put us at ease. At the end of their stay, we added on a bath, and they did an amazing job at a very affordable price. If you’re considering boarding your dogs in the area, I highly recommend Best Friends Boarding. We had a wonderful experience at Page’s Okra Grill. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall experience made us feel genuinely welcome. It is always refreshing to find a restaurant where both the quality of the food and the hospitality stand out.
What I particularly appreciate about Southern cuisine is its rich culinary heritage and emphasis on hearty, flavorful dishes. Page’s Okra Grill is a great place to enjoy that tradition, with a menu featuring Southern comfort food and Lowcountry favorites. From classic fried green tomatoes and seafood to shrimp and grits and other regional specialties, there is plenty to enjoy for anyone who appreciates authentic Southern cooking.
The restaurant has a relaxed, casual atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a proper meal without feeling rushed or dealing with unnecessary formality. The staff deserve special recognition for their friendly, attentive service. Good food is important, but genuinely pleasant service can make an already great meal even more memorable, and that was certainly part of our experience here.
I also appreciate restaurants that celebrate local food traditions rather than serving a generic menu. South Carolina has a distinctive culinary identity, influenced by the coastal Lowcountry, locally available seafood, and generations of Southern cooking. Visiting places like Page’s Okra Grill is a wonderful way to experience that side of the region.
Overall, we had an excellent meal and a very positive experience. Delicious food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere are exactly what I look for in a great casual restaurant. If you are visiting the Charleston area and want to enjoy satisfying Southern cooking with welcoming hospitality, I recommend giving Page’s Okra Grill a try!

The candied bacon was tasty and the fried egg finished things off with just the right amount of gush. My latte was on the smaller side and could have been hotter, but the biscuit was fantastic and I'll def return and plan to go for the self serve coffee bar next time. Took mine to go as it was busy and noisy at the weekend, but they had a nice place to sit at the counter and wait for my order.

We’ve been coming here fairly often since they opened, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Their menu may be small, but it is mighty. There’s never an “off day” — the food is always the same high quality, and when I’m craving it, I know exactly what I’m going to get every single time.
The staff are incredibly friendly, and the customer service is truly top notch. Even when they’re busy, the service team never seems overwhelmed. They make sure every guest feels welcomed, taken care of, and appreciated.
Special shoutout to Richard for his hospitality and for always being such a friendly, familiar face whenever we come in. Those little touches really make a difference.
Hachiya Ramen is the kind of restaurant that sets the standard. Great food, great people, great service, and an experience you can count on every time. Charleston is lucky to have them!

i got the special shark bite bowl and my buddy got the standard açaí bowl and shark week lemonade (which was perfectly balanced between sweet and tart and also was SUPER fun, interactive and all natural!) my bowl was super delicious too, and i WILL be returning to experience more of the actual menu because i was floored with the flavor and thrilled i found an açaí spot i like.
