“Lowe's is our go to home and gardening store. Not good assistance, young employees act as if you're bothering them when asking for assistance on both sides of Indian Land, SC and NC sides. Not like a Home Depot atmosphere.”

“Killing some time today while my wife got her nails done I decided to drop in at Waxhaw Ace Hardware. I walked around the store looking checking them out . They are well stocked and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a need for something go check them out ! That’s what I did !

We came here from Lake Lure looking for a few hard to find items and they were able to supply them at Northern Tool’s distribution center (also fantastic leadership there). Both times I was lucky enough to have John as an instructor and each time he was kind, patient and just a fun guy to be around. He makes you feel very welcome regardless of experience and I feel like I walked away from each class learning a ton. As someone new to woodworking, I highly recommend taking a class here”

“Home remodeling, plenty of items and ideas for home improvement. Most associates are helpful and can give advice on you DYI projects. Prices usually on par with the rival Home Depot. My personal downside is they cut veterans discount program where it cant be used on sale items or major appliances.”

“We go here alot as contractors. They have everything we need to remodel a home or whatever project we are working on at the time. They also have my personal time favorites. The garden section. I bought almost all of my nursery plants from here when they went on sale. Couldn't beat the price. My garden is huge now.”

I had two nice gentlemen help me at the mix station and reccomend styles. Then Brooklyn was so kind to scan all my cans and help load my cart back up. “My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! Belinda was a breath of fresh air from others who act like any questions are a bother. Thank you to Belinda and Tooty’”

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”

“The guys called me when they were on their way, showed up early which is how I was raised, early is on time , on time is late, and late is unacceptable! These guys who brought me my water heater to Fort Mill SC were friendly and sooooooo helpful. They went above the beyond. They had a special dolly to climb stairs and with a 850lbs EMPTY these guys saved my life I'm so glad they were here thank you so much. I'm sorry I am terrible with names but I can't thank you guys enough! Who ever the boss is for these guys they deserve a huge raise”
“I dropped my Wright Stander off on Monday late in the day for a tune-up to be ready for the coming season. In the past, it has taken several weeks and sometimes months for my machine to come back. This week, it was ready by Friday morning... less than 4 days!.Cora and Kelcey provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. They both took the time throughout the week to call me and keep me informed on the progress. They were professional, courteous and truly seem to take pride in their jobs.After looking at previous 1-star reviews, I must say that, in the past, I would have concurred with the lack of service and communication that has frustrated others. However, this experience was dramatically different for me.You've got the right people in the right positions STI.... keep them there.”

“I work in and out of Lowe's all the time and they are consistent. Customer service is always good here. If they don't have what you need, drive 20 minutes and the next Lowe's will. This location is great for all your home improvement needs. They are a big chain and you get what you pay for.”
“Only Home Depot that sold rubber mulch. Didn't want to order online and have to wait for it to be delivered. Husband called, and they checked to ensure it was in stock.”
“Ian at the paint section is amazing! We are doing a home project and we had 1 million questions to ask and Ian had no problem going all over the paint department with us. Overall the prices seemed more reasonable than when we went to Lowe's and had better selection than when we went to Walmart.”
“I am very surprised by the bad reviews. The store is not the issue, if anything. Yes, Home Depot delivery is contracted out. So maybe it's a hit or miss. I have been using this store for over 20 years. I do not think it is a 2-star store. The people at the store will help you when you ask. Yes, sometimes they are short-staffed. That is the world we live in. I feel they do a good job compared to many of them. I will keep using this Home Depot store, and when I do have an issue they will make it okay in the end, they have always fixed it in the long run. I do find that I have gotten a lot more done with honey than with the whip.”

“This is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.”
