Exceptional and professional by all means.Darren and his team helped our company (Sika Corporation) to rebrand our entire office and manufacturing facility in Gastonia, NC.Myself and my outside designer have both worked on rebrands such as this for our other facilities and Signarama-Pineville truly stepped to this challenge and impressed us both. Darren and his team were easy to work with, understood the focus, and were able to achieve what we were looking for within the project time frame and all the way to the due date.We have worked with quite a few Signaramas (most notably in MI) but I will say Darren's Signarama-Pineville team has been the best I have worked with.I would highly suggest Darren and his Signarama-Pineville team for any branding/printing/sign purposes. 12/10 for me.”

“I go to this UPS very often for Amazon returns, pritnting and shipping needs. The manager Misty is very friendly and accommodating and always makes it an enjoyable interactions. This is not the closest UPS to my house but I find myself driving the extra distance because I know I will be met with friendly staff and a seamless and helpful experience.”

“Today I went to PostNet to take a badge photo for my new job. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff working today but they were soooo nice. The process was very smooth and quick. We talked about my new job briefly and how much it would be beneficial to me. The lady said she loved hearing the stories people share regarding their jobs when they come in for new photos. I really don't typically take the time to write reviews but I walked in feeling great and left out feeling even better just knowing that someone cared about my new endeavor.”
“Ryan and William are always so willing to help me. William faxed documents and it took three attempts. Ryan had all the information that I needed about my passport application. I love this location because everybody here does a fabulous job. Nick is the manager and he is pleasure to work with.”

I showed up about 25 minutes after they had closed not realizing they were closed and an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed, but then proceeded to take my return. I didn’t even have to ask. They are super polite, kind and I will definitely return.”
“One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures”

“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”
“I had a fabric project consisting of 6 separate yards of material which needed to be sent to a recipient in Virginia. Jasmine wrapped the fabric in bubble wrap to keep it dry as well as cushioning on the bottom as well as the top. Her smile and personality made my trip to this FedEx location extremely enjoyable”
“This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!”
