“I go to this UPS very often for Amazon returns, pritnting and shipping needs. The manager Misty is very friendly and accommodating and always makes it an enjoyable interactions. This is not the closest UPS to my house but I find myself driving the extra distance because I know I will be met with friendly staff and a seamless and helpful experience.”
“I have had a PO box at this location for approximately 4 years, I have also purchased a number of products that they sell in the retail shop, which I may add are high quality products. The owner of the establishment, Mark, is such a pleasure to deal with. He has always gone above and beyond anytime I needed help. In a nutshell, both he and his daughter do such an exceptional job running that establishment. I would highly recommend using their services.”

I showed up about 25 minutes after they had closed not realizing they were closed and an employee met me at the door and told me they were closed, but then proceeded to take my return. “One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had the store manager Christine is extremely patient and sweet and caring went above and beyond to help us even though she was busy we waited patiently for our boxes to be packed to be by her self she was on point deserves a raise also the A4 print job I was reading that is a European measurement so your staff did an amazing job as that would not be their fault also I didn't think it was your employee job to fix a internal issue with the printer I was there this day as well and she was very nasty and rude to the employee who was trying to help her and it was not the store manager. Your employees have always shown professionalism. People need to understand that we do the American standard of measures not European that it should be stated when they come in and not harass the staff for not knowing another countries measures”

“Today I went to PostNet to take a badge photo for my new job. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff working today but they were soooo nice. The process was very smooth and quick. We talked about my new job briefly and how much it would be beneficial to me. The lady said she loved hearing the stories people share regarding their jobs when they come in for new photos. I really don't typically take the time to write reviews but I walked in feeling great and left out feeling even better just knowing that someone cared about my new endeavor.”

“This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use.
On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!”
“I needed to process a Macy’s return. This was the perfect location for a quick drop off. This is an access point, so make sure that you already have your shipping label and a sealed box. I am a little spoiled because other drop off locations have tape and a shipping label holder to protect the label. Nonetheless, I bought a package of shipping tape from which was still convenient. I secured my return and quickly checked out within 10 minutes and was able to get a text email copy of the receipt so that my return was processed. This was super convenient for me because I do not like driving far.”
“I had a fabric project consisting of 6 separate yards of material which needed to be sent to a recipient in Virginia. Jasmine wrapped the fabric in bubble wrap to keep it dry as well as cushioning on the bottom as well as the top. Her smile and personality made my trip to this FedEx location extremely enjoyable”

“I am an online Reseller and ship and 50 things per week and I'm in here pretty much everyday. Workers there are great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They Accept everything..UPS, USPS and FedEx which makes it easy for a one stop drop for me as I use them all. Easy in and out vs the crazy busy waxhaw post office. There's usually always plenty of parking close to the front door. Highly recommend!”
“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”

I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh”
