We placed a repair call to Home Telecom, Jordan was able to make it out to us later in the evening (after hours). He was upbeat ,knowledgeable, patience and kind! “Whoever owns this t-mobile needs to seriously take a look around. I had Alicia taking care of me and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten from T-mobile. I had to wait 45 min for my phone to update, and in that time she was the first person to greet everyone walking through the door. She helped multiple customers as I was waiting for my phone to update, and still took the time to check on me!! The 1-2 customers I saw the manager interact with didn’t leave with a smile & I could hear his conversation a mile away, he’s very loud and his attire isn’t professional at all. He also didn’t ask if she needed help not once (not that she needed it) she’s a rockstar! Me being a long time customer with T-Mobile this has been the best service so far. If you need quick fast, and perfect service request Alicia! I love my new phone!!!!”

“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”

The contractor they hired to instal the internet was a very personal, down-to-earth, and entertaining character with 35+ years experience in Cable/Internet/TV installs. It's not fiber optic by any means, but smooth as silk compared to what we had previously.”
