“CPR Cell Phone Repair in Summerville, SC fixed a problem with my laptop yesterday, and it took 18 total minutes from my initial phone call to walking out the door, problem fixed. Gabriel listened to my problem, encouraged me to bring the laptop in; he immediately spent 4-5 minutes investigating and resolving the issue and then I was on my way!
Compare this to another repair service I had called that didn't even want me to bring it to their shop until late next week, and then they estimated it would take an additional week to look at it.

“The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the awesome customer service that Jess has provided me. I've had so many issues with metro i went in yesterday to get a transfer pin to change services and she made it a mission to fix all the wrongs I had going on that the 611 metro Cust service incompetent workers could not. Not only did she fix my issues but she remembered me from 2 months prior when I actually got metro service. Hands down if you shop or choose metro make sure Jess at the Summerville location gets you setup cause she's bomb at what she does and will make sure anything you need is givin. Deff mvp out of anyone I've delt with when dealing with the usual not so happy or helpful phone sales people. I never leave a review for anything but have decided to make the time to give her all the praise she deserves because she's fixed a million wrongs and was sooooooo helpful in just 15 mins when I've been dealing with issues left and right when dealing with anyone prior. Thanks Jess and I hope you get the recognition you deserve. If all metro locations had a Jess the nada yada would def be a true statement. However she's only at the main St Summerville location. “When AT&T continues to hire people like Ty to represent the company, it keeps people like myself wanting to continue to have AT&T as their 1# phone and internet service. Ty is an expect at what she does and a professional. She was able to figure out the issue with my phone with no support or resolution from the AT&T tech that they are train to call. She maintained her bearing which keeps me claim and not frustrated with the AT&T tech. This company needs to continue to hire people like Ty because I believe she provides the customer service and skills this company promotes.”
