“When I moved to Summerville some 14 years ago I seen the radio shack sign and the kid in me came right out .remembering all the old kits and things they used to offer,so first excuse I could make to visit I was there.anf it did not disappoint ,except now a middle aged grown man that still loved to tinker with all things electric and cool or all things sound ..It was like radio shack grew up with me because now it covered from tech to kids ,to middle aged men who love to fill the air with Bass and agrivate neighbors and blue tops.Some consider them to be pricy but they don't carry crap products their staff are no dummies and if they don't know the answer to your question you can bet they want the answer as much as you do and will stop at nothing to get an answer for you .I know staff on a first name bases and I'm not the only one there's a a ton of is that we know them and they know us city store with a small neighborhood feel .Keep up the great work guys your community loves you”
“Extremely pleased. I needed a air compressor and nail guns and got all of it at once together and got it days earlier than they said it would be. I have no complaints out of this place”
“Very helpful service I didn’t catch the name of the other guy who took care of me but he was young and wore baggy jeans he helped me buy my new phone answered all of my questions and helped me a lot with everything. I also had to come back to receive service on my phone today and Another guy named Kevin helped us he was very helpful and gave me service on my phone under 10 minutes was quick and very friendly these guys were great and seriously appreciate there Business and are everything about customer service.”
“I mainly go there for my photos and I have had good experiences so far. I was told how to use the machine to develop my own photos from my cell phone. When I do that they're usually ready within the hour. I am now learning how to make my own various type greeting cards with my photos on their customer access store photo machine.”

“Leroy was very helpful every time I went here. The other employees are always friendly and offering assistance. My Motorola razr flip has had manufacturer issues a few times with the screen malfunctioning. I have had to make a warranty claim several times and I don't have the patience to deal with their warranty department. Leroy makes the calls for me when he doesn't have to. I hope y'all are paying him well, he deserves it. I have seen him help other customers and he is very knowledgeable. This is my go to store for sure .”
