“I had drove to Franklin TN Tuesday morning to work a shift at one of my jobs other locations to help, 3 hours away from home, I had used the last bit of my money on gas to come here. I closed the shift at my work and then needed to get more gas, I had transferred the last bit of money from loan liners that I had from my bank to get gas and hopefully something to eat. I had only $9 after I filled my tank up, I grabbed some things and thought I would try my almost maxed out credit card on some of them, which declined.i told the lady to just take some things for the order and I would get only a couple of items, the ones I really needed. The sweetest most kind hearted employee, Dietre (I’m probably butchering her name) was ringing me up and asked if I was planning to get it all. I told her I was going to if my credit cared didn’t decline but I only need the few items and I had the money for it , she said “I got you girl don’t worry”. I declined the help of course because I did not want her to pay for it at all, she then pulled out her personal phone and used her own Apple Pay to pay for my things. I told her she did not understand how much that meant to me and she said I’ve been there before and she gets it and told me to save my $9. She paid $20 for my things out of her own money for me, a stranger. I broke out into a sob leaving because I just felt so incredibly blessed by her. She deserves a raise and recognition for her kind heartedness and service to customers. This was at around 3 AM and most would be tired from the day and not pleasant but she absolutely was pleasant and helpful and so so nice. Just wanted to put it out there that she was amazing and saved me tonight!!!”
“My wife and I stopped in around 2Am and a man named ED was working and he was great ,he showed us how to work the new coffee machine. We already new how to do it but we let him show us anyway . I recommend stopping there Ed is a good guy and they have lots of goodies and everything you would need for a trip!”

“THE only store I go to where I get cigarettes the cheapest and other things I forgot at the grocery store. I go daily. Also a SMOKE SHOP now with everything you could think of from CBD to Delta 8/THCO and kratom and vapes to pipes and other smoking accessories. I've heard people saying they came all the way from Bellevue because of the quality of their products! The owners and weekend cashiers are awesome and speak several different languages including Spanish and I believe Arabic. They also carry household goods and also way way more than you find in any gas station. And tons of Mexican and foreign snacks and drinks as well that you can't find anywhere else!”

“Cheapest gas in town and I joined the club for the money I save for using my number everytime I buy something.
I put in my cellphone number and it will build up real money to use in the store to get drinks, gas and snacks.
Not able to buy cigarettes or beer but I have built up to $10 and came to the store and used it for gas.
It seems like it is a inconvenience to have to enter your number but it is well worth it.

“I make it a point to stop by this store when I'm heading out to coach youth football. This store pretty much checks all the boxes.
The store is clean, has a great selection of food and pastries, the coffee is amazing, and just has an all-around great selection of drinks.
The icing on the cake is that every employee I've met is helpful and courteous.
Right off of Interstate 40, this store is a must stop for travelers and locals alike.”

This is the first pharmacy I've used that I don't dread calling or going to pick-up because I know they'll be responsive, friendly, and actually wanting to assist. They aren't even the closest pharmacy to me, but it's worth the extra drive. I've been using them for almost a year and it's been consistent the entire time. Highly recommend!”

“This MAPCO is located on Old Hickory just before or after the I-40 East entrance ramp, depending on which way you are headed, and for the most part is your standard small convenience store. Gas prices here are usually in line with the other nearby locations, so nothing special there. They do have a working air pump, which is what brought me in recently. It is insane how difficult it is to find an air pump that is actually working around town! Since I was already there, I popped in to grab a drink. This store is smaller than most, so the options of snacks and drinks is definitely limited. Also, they do not have any variety of hot food like the other MAPCO locations. Standard convenience store with drink coolers, snacks, chips, candy and fountain drinks/coffee. Service was solid. The cashier greeted me when I came in and wished me a good day when I left. She was kind and friendly. The store was clean, even though it smelled like urinal cakes...but I guess that means the bathrooms were clean as well! Conditionally, the store was in decent shape. No major issues with either. Overall, this MAPCO location is a good option to refill and with no frills for locals or the interstate traveler.”
“Been going here for years and for a while customer service was ok but not so good. Since they've hired Ethan this place is awesome. Me & my sweetie are early risers & we stop by after the gym. Ethan & staff are always pleasant, kind, with great conversation everytime and the best coffee ever (sunrise blend). ?This has become a regular stop for us and feels like the old show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name.?
