“Jacob helped me with my phone today and he went above and beyond helping me. Even stayed a hour and a half past his shift. My phone was messing up during the switch from us cellular to T-Mobile and my phone was messing up bad. T-Mobile sent me a new phone and Jacob set it up for me and now it works great. Hopefully it stays this way.”
