The owner or manager is always unfriendly and not helpful when I come here. The younger employees are typically really friendly and kind. I go out of my way to other UPS stores when I can to avoid him.

Customer service has not been the same since Kevin left. Larry needs to step up his name. No one is greeted when entering the store. Yes they have blue matching shirts. I will give them another chance but if no improvements from Larry we will go elsewhere.
