“If it tends to work out the way that it should T-Mobile actually is fairly decent on prices and the phones and the internet that they have having a hard time getting a proof of being in the military cause. It was like 2830 years ago and I had had a card since then. So I'm having hard trouble just getting that. Made back up and getting the card from a hard time. Finding it because I went in through job core and went into the Air Force and was there for 18 months worked on the cylinder overhaul. That's the reason I was there to learn a new skill through job core but wasn't ever told whether that meant that I was a member or not but they treated me like I was so I actually thought I was. But who knows? It's been hard.I can't find no 12 talk 22 find out where I get the card from or who I need to talk to about finding the card”
“Salesman was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my daughters' questions. He did not try to up sell her. After my daughter asked about maybe wanting a smart watch, he told her about the special they had for a free watch. She came out of the store very happy! It was a very pleasant experience.”
“We had questions about a phone issue on a road trip and so we stopped at a random store a couple of hours into the trip. Expected the sales people to blow us off because we just had questions and didn’t live close enough to come back when we need to buy new phones, but this staff was amazing! Two of them jumped in to try to solve our issues (a man and a woman). I didn’t catch the names (we were on a time crunch) but you know who you are! Thank you for the extra effort - it was appreciated!”
“I was having a lot of trouble with Spectrum's call center trying to get dad's affairs in order after his passing. Last week I talked to a very nice understanding lady and then today I talked to a lady that was harsh and unsympathetic. I ended up going into the Spectrum store on Eastman rd. and delt with an Awesome young man by the name of Colin. He was very sympathetic, understanding and kind and helped me with everything I needed to accomplish. Thank-you Colin”
“I was sent to the store by a non commissioned worker. He didn't want to send me an SD card for my mom's new phone. So I went into the Johnson City Tennessee Store it was 4:35 pm . They close at 5:00 pm. Rachel Osborne is the lady that waited on me. She was so helpful and kind . She worked everything out for me and got my mom's phone working. I was out by 5:05 pm. By the way there were only she and and one other man working and line 11 people in front of me. Thank you so much Rachel.”
“The people working at this location are very friendly and professional. Great experience overall.
I always remove a star because Verizon's rates are too expensive.”
“UPDATE:
Brightridge called me and made things right.
Awesome that they would even think to reach out. Takes the customer service from a 1 to a 5.
Original Post.
There was a switch on the Brightridge SmartHub App that made it appear as though we disconnected our Internet service. We still get two more Internet Bills so I call them and explain that I thought you could disconnect via the app.
The woman over the phone just rudely says, “You can’t do that.” No “sorry for the confusion,” No ”Let me make it right.”
The whole conversation, she was short with me and not sympathetic. No attempt to credit me back the $120 they billed me for services that weren’t in use. It was essentially “you can’t do that” “I don’t know what you’re looking at, but the only thing you can do on there is…”
The $120 hurts me a lot more than Brightridge especially when I didn’t consume any bandwidth.
All in all don’t expect nice customer service or your money back. If they make it right I will edit this post. I don’t want retribution for the lady who was rude but someone in CS should be nicer.”
