“Had a great experience with Tyler. He was able to explain the mobile billing since it isn’t broken down on the statement. Also able to assist with cable explanation.”
“So far so good with TMobile The only thing is that I went in to upgrade my phone and after I did then was told that if I had finished paying my phone off I could have bought the upgraded phone for like $30 a month instead of $50 which I thought was underhanded so they could get more money from us. But the bill only went up $14 so I’m not really bad upset about it but they still should have said that before I upgraded.”
“If you go to this store be sure to ask for Gabe, he is the best, most personalable and knowlesgable associate I have encountered in any cell phone store. I will also give props to the manager Daniel. Thank you both!”
“Billy Dingus of Tri City Cellworld of Kingsport. Spectrum is an excellent group of people and all of my services are with them personal and business. They will save you money and they are professional but they also care about their customers. I am very happy with my service. Which I have had no problems of any kind but owning my own business nothing is 100 percent correct all the time. There is only one person that is. Even though I have had no issues of any kind if somebody was to have one for whatever reason I know they would do all they could do for you as I would. Go see these guys and let them know I sent you. They will save you money.”
“I have recently moved away so I needed to turn in my set-up kit. I walked in and I watched how John handled himself in a tough customer service interaction with grace and patience and then he turned around immediately and helped me with billing, turning in, etc with a good attitude like nothing had happened!! This guy deserves a raise or something, I was very impressed with how gracious and how helpful he was, that’s customer service!! Nice work, John. :)”
“We had questions about a phone issue on a road trip and so we stopped at a random store a couple of hours into the trip. Expected the sales people to blow us off because we just had questions and didn’t live close enough to come back when we need to buy new phones, but this staff was amazing! Two of them jumped in to try to solve our issues (a man and a woman). I didn’t catch the names (we were on a time crunch) but you know who you are! Thank you for the extra effort - it was appreciated!”
“I had a very pleasurable experience with Kristy at the kingsport version store.. i bought a new phone friday night. She stayed late trying to switch data from one phone to the other bc i was changing numbers. i ended up doing it at home. come to find out i wasn't gonna be able to use the new phone bc of a couple apps tied to my investment business wouldn't work (mostly due to the tiktok situation) .. i returned the phone saturday morning and dealt with kristy and even though she was loosing a sale, she was very polite, she was very helpful and smiled the entire time..she doesn't know what kind of impact that had and how much i'll spread my experience i had dealing with her.. Thank you Kristy.”
“UPDATE:
Brightridge called me and made things right.
Awesome that they would even think to reach out. Takes the customer service from a 1 to a 5.
Original Post.
There was a switch on the Brightridge SmartHub App that made it appear as though we disconnected our Internet service. We still get two more Internet Bills so I call them and explain that I thought you could disconnect via the app.
The woman over the phone just rudely says, “You can’t do that.” No “sorry for the confusion,” No ”Let me make it right.”
The whole conversation, she was short with me and not sympathetic. No attempt to credit me back the $120 they billed me for services that weren’t in use. It was essentially “you can’t do that” “I don’t know what you’re looking at, but the only thing you can do on there is…”
The $120 hurts me a lot more than Brightridge especially when I didn’t consume any bandwidth.
All in all don’t expect nice customer service or your money back. If they make it right I will edit this post. I don’t want retribution for the lady who was rude but someone in CS should be nicer.”
