Farmhouse Grooming
198 Flourville Rd, Johnson CityMy new to me adopted kitty is around 15 years old. She was very dirty and had awful dandruff and just looked and smelled bad. Farmhouse Grooming had her about 2.5 hours and when I picked her up, my kitty looked and smelled amazing. I could also tell she felt better too! She seemed very relaxed as well. I highly recommend! 205 Princeton Rd, Johnson CityAbsolutely love Dr Still and staff. They are so caring to the families and fur babies. Been with veterinary medical for over 20 years. This last visit was with one of my cats and they did an excellent job helping her. The past 2 years I’ve had to put 2 of my dogs down due to old age. They sat and cried with me during the final moments and afterwards. I couldn’t imagine going to any other vet office.

708 Cherokee Rd, Johnson CityI have seen other comments about their prices and yes, they are a bit expensive, but in my experience they are a fantastic veterinary practice! I trust my animals with them and have always received top-notch care from them. I have several cats and will be rescuing another stray cat next week that I have built trust with. The staff here know me by name and know my pets by name. I have never had a bad experience with these fine folks and the care my pets receive is always top-notch. I've been with them for almost a year and a half now and I couldn't be happier. When I take my kitties there, I know they will get the best health services money can buy.

He was very thorough with the examination and honest about our options. Unfortunately I had to put the mare down and he helped her pass peacefully. Dr. Miller is also amazing and has taken care of my horses’ veterinary needs for several years! I trust them with my animals 100%!

I receive the absolute best care, with updates on my babies each step of the way. I love that they check with you before doing any procedure or treatment and get approval on the costs. Even if there is a bit of a wait, it is worth it to be able to be seen when you need to without an appointment. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about them! If you're looking for a vet, this is the place to go, no questions asked!!

1802 W Market St, Johnson CityI called for an appt they told me what they had, we went in for the appt Dr. Lamons told me that without any testing she was not able to tell me what was best for our Shelby, however she did say what she could do and told us to think about it and let her know what we wanted to do. Before too much time could go by our Shelby got very sick today 11/14/2025 my family has grieved Shelby dying all day the love and compassion these people showed us was nothing short of how they would want their family to be taken care of… they made my family keychains, they had a very well constructed box to put our Shelby in and wrapped her so sweet. They gave us the the best care today they was honest, compassionate and so loving! The staff was too! Our nurse Billie she was amazing, kind and gentle no rushing at all the fee was fair. We’ll be going to take Sadie out an other Yorkie there. As far as money I can’t tell you about much but as for the caring in that establishment I can tell you you can’t beat them! 5 out of 5!

Ann and her crew took exceptional care of our 2 Shih Tzus. These guys truly have a profound love for animals, especially dogs. I loved getting a daily updates along with pictures, I could really tell that she loved my boys just as much as we do! It means the world to me to know that the next time we travel, I won’t have to endure the anxiety of leaving them behind. I can’t thank Paddle Creek enough!

Decor is fab with plenty of seating inside and out. Beertender was nice and gave us a great history lesson about Johnson City. Beers are solid, merch was good. Sad they sold out of tackers!
