“Just called about my package that had an issue regarding the delivery address. I was expecting such a difficult time and I did not want to call originally since I expected someone to answer and have no interest in helping me.
Instead, Jaspreet answered the phone and was absolutely incredible. She was super patient and actually looked into my issue to help me out.

“I want to publicly say my gratitude to the team of people here. I was having issues with my mail due to the lack of MY understanding. I placed a change address form at another location because it was where I thought i should have, only to find out it was the wrong location, and the new address was I was forwarding it to, was the wrong address as well. There was some other struggles as well. Long story short everyone from the front to the back helped me understand and get all this straightened out. I was so happy and appreciative to everyone! They didn’t have to pull each other in to help me understand. They were busy with other people and their staff got them in and out in a timely manner. I was so impressed! “The absolutely BEST Post Office in a hundred mile radius!
I've been their client for over 12 years now, and although I've moved recently, I keep bringing my mail to this post office to send out.
Being an artist, I often send mail in envelopes that are painted, or designed to the specific aesthetic liking of the recipients, and often I address them in a fancy calligraphic script. When I mail them from this Post Office. they always reach the recipients in matter of days and in perfect condition! Always! (Below I attached some photos with examples of some of the painted envelopes that I sent out, the visible addresses on the photos are not the actual recipients', and the real addresses are covered to protect the privacy of the recipients).
Avis is the kindest, most courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful clerk you can ever meet. He helped me with finding the most effective way to send mail to my friends around the globe, and even the envelopes that I send to the other side of the planet - to Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines - always reach their recipients in a timely manner.
Last year I was sending an envelope that was not only painted, but was also decorated with silver glitter spray, and on top of that I could not write the my actual return address, because that piece of mail was being sent to my little grandson from Santa Claus, so the return address said ''From Santa Claus at the North Pole''. The letter inside was hand written and also decorated with a painting of snowmen and glitter. There was a chance that this very special mail would be rejected by the postal service, or would not be able to be delivered as such.
But Avis came to the rescue, accepted my Santa letter, and the next day, my Grandson received the Santa letter, retrieved it from the mailbox with much joy, cheer, and glee, and holding it tightly, with a big smile on his face skipped all the way back to the front door. The following week he prepared cookies and milk for Santa, and left carrots on the front lawn for Santa's reindeer!
This location offers PO Boxes, self-serve mailing & stamps buying station, and is well accessible for clients in wheelchairs.

I come into This location, multiple times a week mailing my packages and every single time I have been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service from Mr. Warren, Adrienne, Helena. And I have truly enjoyed coming here. They make shipping packages for my very busy business super easy not to mention I have never had a package go missing or an issue with any of my packages. I’m truly in shock that this location does not have five star review. However, I do want to take a moment to say thank you so much to the staff for always giving me the best service and handling my packages with care. Your effort does not go unnoticed. “It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.”

“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”

Went 30 min before closing… very long line and only 1 representative working ( all the way at the end…didn’t get her name but she was so helpful to go find that package while people were waiting and she was alone.
