Very good experience with Build-a-Sofa...materials and construction all as advertised, as well as delivery process--no surprises. Sofa is still new, but no indications of any flaws, and we expect to have it for years.

My sofa is a perfect height and is lovely. It took awhile to coordinate with the delivery compan.But other than that the entire process was super easy. The service and product are exceptional.
