Recently went into Cotton On (12/12), looking for a sweater. I had never been before and wasn't familiar with the store, but the associates on the floor were incredibly kind and helpful. They looked in the back for the right size, and brought it out in multiple colors so I'd have options. Would definitely shop here again!
