My Melrose is an excellent store with a great location, offering a variety of trendy clothes, including extended sizes. Shoppers can find outfits for last-minute occasions, shop for the entire family, and pick up home goods. There is usually someone on the floor to ask for assistance. However, the store is often very congested and crowded. Some customers feel the clothing selection is not fabulous anymore, preferring to try items before buying. While many have great customer service experiences, one report described unhelpful management and poor staff conduct during a busy period.

Right when I walked in Lisa greeted me with an amazing attitude and even better customer service she was so helpful and so nice!! Coming from West Texas to the city you don’t get good hospitality like that

Omg I don't know how all these years I have never been into this store until today. Everything is soooo cute and super low price. I fell in love with this store today...it was hard to drag myself out of there.
