The reason I didn't give a 5 is that the paint color has a slight difference compared to the rest of the car body. However, my vehicle has a complex color, so I understand that achieving a perfect match can be challenging.”

“UPDATE: 1 year to the day later - Love this van, LOVE this dealer's service. Brandon is awesome, but really not a fan of AS the company. Hardly the AS quality they were once known for, sadly. With that said, Holiday World Katy continues to excell at customer service. Thank you!! (Original Review April 11, 2024:) Excellent Airstream and RV dealer! These guys have so many 5-star reviews for a reason. Huge inventory! They go above and beyond to provide excellent sales and service experiences. The sales guy Justin was very easy to work with, gave me a super fair price, and did the deal over the phone on a brand new Airstream 24X! He had it in PDI the same day, and ready for delivery just a few days later! I called a closer AS dealer (Austin) first and they just told me they would order one for full MSRP, so I am stoked Holiday Katy gave me their only one, and, the only one for hundreds of miles, for the price I wanted. Really great experience all around! Love my new Airstream Sprinter 4X4! Highly recommended!”
“Had issue with truck starting. Took it in and was assisted by Mario. Had to leave truck because issue was unknown, so had to rent a vehicle. Luckily that was easy to do at their facility. Service techs were able to determine the issue and I got my truck back sooner than I thought. Mario and his team did a great job.”
“UPDATE: Kent gave me a call after reading my review and got me taken care of. This is a good place and would return if I ever need any future repairs.
Overall good work but they didn't adjust my headlights after they were replaced and they somehow removed a wheel lock without asking me for the wheel lock key. When the car was returned the wheel they removed no longer had a wheel lock on it.”

“This Napa and the crew inside really went above and beyond for me. Not only did they answer the phone on the first ring, they sprung into action quickly. I am a truck driver, my alternator was going bad and I needed one immediately. I could not move from my spot. So I called and told them I’d be walking from the truck stop to go get the part. Shane, thank you brother! Shane came with the part and we made sure it was the right one! He then drove me to the store to pay for it and he even brought me back, without hesitation and without asking! Talk about service. If I’m ever in need of something and I am in the area I know I will be calling this specific family owned store before anyone else.
