I had an appointment to get to and I needed a new battery. We went to O'Reilly's and Wil the assistant manager was absolutely amazing! So kind. Let's be honest, sometimes men can be a bit condescending to middle aged women. He was great! He replaced it for me and explained why we needed the battery recommended. My terminals were looking bad.
