“Out of all the places in Katy Mills Mall, this is for sure the place to go for ALL cellular repairs or accessories!!! Manager Afee is SUPER! I had several issues with my phone, including a cracked case and broken back amd front screens S22 Ultra. My husband wanted me to change my back color to which he had already fixed, yet he switched out NO PROBLEM! Let me not forget that the center kiosks were so incredibly dishonest and are a part of the same CellAXS who did NOT even listen to my concerns, only cared about who fixed my phone, and for how much when asking if they can replace the back color. Afee has GREAT INTEGRITY and CARES about his clients satisfaction, certainly recommend you go here 1st!”

Not once, did he push or even try to sell unnecessary services or products to inflate his commission. He answered questions honestly and always in a way of saving us money on our monthly bill. “I came here the other day and was helped by an older man. He was very nice and informative, very patient. We were able to get an iPhone 13 and 2 Samsung galaxy a9 tablets. All I had to do was pay 280 and that’s it. The activation process was fast and he even told us the cases were included in the price. Very good customer service and it didn’t make a BIG dent in my pocket lol”
