I’ve used groomers before but i can tell she had a genuine care for my pup and what she does. She even gave me some educational materials for fur care! Anyway, my dog came home soft, happy, and smelling good enough to eat. 10/10 would recommend.

I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Clean facility. Definitely recommend!

I cannot emphasize enough on how incredibly compassionate and loving the staff and Dr. Siu are here. I was here 7+ years ago when my dog got injured and the doctor back then got my dog back on her feet in several hours. I then came back very recently to put my dog to sleep. When it was time to say goodbye to my old dog and everyone was so kind when I became overwhelmed. Thank you so much to staff here for helping my family on multiple occasions.

2109 Teakwood Trail, CarrolltonWe engaged Carla to help us incorporate our new rescue dog Moose with our 4 year old German Shepard mix, Charlotte. Although Charlotte has been in a family with another dog, she did not take well to us adopting Moose after we lost our senior dog about a year ago. We worked with Carla on both dogs, and saw the biggest difference in Charlotte after a board and train for 2 weeks and follow up tips she gave us after Charlotte came home. Charlotte has become way less anxious, no longer pulls on walks (which is huge since she is about 95 pounds), and has become way less reactive towards other dogs and animals (squirrels, rabbits, etc.) on walks (before, she would lose it). She made so much progress in such a short period of time, it truly amazed us, especially since she’s been in training before and we only saw marginal improvements. Carla also helped us understand our new dog Moose, and get us off on the right foot. Moose and Charlotte get along great now, and the house is way more peaceful than it was before. Thank you, Carla!

Chief has the best time and it is always fun to check the instagram hashtag to see what they are up to. Staff is super friendly and care about the dogs. Chief now goes twice a week because we love it so much! Highly recommend.

The new owners have done an amazing job renovating this business - clean, welcoming and modern. He had a medical emergency last visit (unrelated to his stay) and Myrna took great care of him. She was in regular contact with me (while I was out of town) and even took our fur baby to our vet for care.

However service is good, guys are attentive.

We order the Wicked Milk which had a lot of flavor and red beans, the red beans were on the bottom of the shaved ice too, and the Wicked Half & Half which has mangoes and strawberry (this one really didn’t have that much flavor at all, I just taste the fruits and milk ice, not sweet at all), so if you like red beans, I would definitely order the Wicked Milk! It was a pretty busy with all the tables taken, thank goodness we had one!

1845 Legends Tr, CarrolltonBig dog park for all sizes. Usually it is well stocked with pickup bags but you know sometimes you just have to search around in other play areas. Not a big deal.
We come here everyday and my dog lives it. There are some dogs that could be made to behave as far as attacking other dogs when showing dominance is concerned. But I have never seen a big fight too, just keep an eye as always.
As season changes the regular change their timings too.
