I’ve used groomers before but i can tell she had a genuine care for my pup and what she does. She even gave me some educational materials for fur care! Anyway, my dog came home soft, happy, and smelling good enough to eat. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot emphasize enough on how incredibly compassionate and loving the staff and Dr. Siu are here. I was here 7+ years ago when my dog got injured and the doctor back then got my dog back on her feet in several hours. I then came back very recently to put my dog to sleep. When it was time to say goodbye to my old dog and everyone was so kind when I became overwhelmed. Thank you so much to staff here for helping my family on multiple occasions.

Randall and the rest of the team here helped to explain things so clearly, and my pup came back her same, happy, smart self, just with better impulse control and an improved reactivity towards people and other dogs. The lifetime support guarantee that comes with the training is genuinely such a big factor, and I cannot stress enough how much I recommend at least looking into this program. While the cost can be a lot up front, they do offer payment plans, and again, with the unlimited lifetime training options, this ended up being far more affordable and absolutely more effective than nearly anything else I looked at.

My dog Dexter did the 2 week boot camp option and I can definitely say Dexter is a more well behaved, balanced, and all around more mature. Dexter is 2, and an Aussie, he has always been very loving, but he was never listening to commands, for the most part, he would just do what Dexter wanted. Now we can go for long walks and not worry about the reactivity when other dogs were around. Dexter and I are both having a better life and better bonding.
(I waited a week after getting him back before writing this review)

Chief now goes twice a week because we love it so much! Highly recommend.

The new owners have done an amazing job renovating this business - clean, welcoming and modern. He had a medical emergency last visit (unrelated to his stay) and Myrna took great care of him. She was in regular contact with me (while I was out of town) and even took our fur baby to our vet for care.

Robert Auston @ 401K BBQ cooks meat “old school” with a huge smoker right at their location. No chemicals!! Once you try it yourself you will know his is best!! It’s the only beef I eat these days.
