Every dish felt intentional—bold flavors, great textures, beautiful presentation, and zero unnecessary bullshit. Just seriously good food made with skill and personality. The atmosphere is laid-back, the service is warm, and you can tell there’s a ton of heart behind this place.

Flying Tiger Thai Restaurant
2114 Northwest Military Highway, Castle HillsFirst time trying this restaurant. My long time favorite closed so tried this one and the service was fast and excellent. Food was also really good I tried several different entrees and sides and each had really good flavors. I have leftovers...yay! This is a place that will be my new go to for Thai cuisine.

2211 Northwest Military Highway Suite 111A, Castle HillsGot carry out late tonight and it was my first time. It was great! The bread was great and I liked the toppings. They also had my carryout box on top of the oven so it wouldn’t cool off too quick. Highly recommend.

6024 West Ave, Castle HillsWhen someone asks “how are you”, it’s polite to say fine and move on, however today I responded with honesty, “I’ve had the roughest day”, and the cashier/barista Iyanna was not deterred, instead she replied with a genuine, brief pep talk. Her smile and hospitality really got me through my 40 minute commute. Thank you so much for your kindness!
