Bilia Eatery in Castle Hills continues to live up to the hype! My recent visit absolutely confirmed it.

The yucca fries were AMAZING perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Easily one of the best sides on the menu.

I ordered the Havana Bowl with avocado and shredded chicken, and it was packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and satisfying without feeling heavy.

We also tried the La Guerita Arepa, and let me just say… one is definitely MORE than enough! We actually ordered two because we weren’t sure if one would fill us up but they pack it with such a generous amount of filling that one would have done the job. It’s hearty, satisfying, and full of flavor.

And don’t forget to try their house-made guava limeade !! it’s the perfect refreshing finish!

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing lunch or meeting up with friends. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!
