7617 North Loop 1604 East, Live OakThe team here has been amazing every time we’ve visited. We first discovered Hat Creek during our first trip to Texas six years ago. A few months later, we moved to San Antonio from the Pacific Northwest, and Hat Creek quickly became part of our family’s routine every time we drive this way. The closest location is 45 minutes from our home in Alamo Ranch but sometimes we’d drive out just to get a burger or gluten free fried chicken!
Somehow, the crew remembers us and always takes time to talk with us. They also make sure our food is right, even with our complicated gluten and tomato allergies. No matter what time of day we visit, we get the same wonderful service and great gluten-free food. And having a playground has been such a blessing for our family of six.
Because of family health issues, we’re moving back to the Pacific Northwest at the end of this week. We’re so sad to leave our Hat Creek crew, but we feel lucky to have been cared for by them.
Thank you for serving quality food made with quality ingredients at a price our family can afford, and for creating a welcoming family atmosphere without costing a quarter of our mortgage!
