We have been seeing Lauren for a year now and LOVE how much she takes care of our pup Fergie. She sees her about once a month and we alternate between Full and Mini Grooms (with a blueberry facial). Every time, Lauren knocks it out of the park. She is SUPER SWEET and really LISTENS to what we are looking for. I always try to schedule a couple of months in advance in fear that others will realize how AMAZING she is. I also want to say how FANTASTIC the front desk staff are. They get you checked in/out pretty fast and send multiple text/calls about your appointment. They're GREAT communicators and EXCEL in customer service. Thank you so much Lauren and Woof Gang Staff for taking care of our Fergie!

It was an urgent boarding, but staff got back to me very quickly regarding processing her medical records and profile on their website. Once there, the staff got her acclimated to the dog park/daycare and were very communicative over text! The facilities were large and very well kept. Tons of space for all sizes of dogs. The kennels/boarding rooms were clean and cozy. I loved getting to watch my dog on the webcams while I was gone. My dog was so sleepy and calm once I got her back, which for her is a sure sign that she got tons of activity and interaction. The prices were also very reasonable! I love that they take foster dogs and showcase their profiles at the front desk. All of the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this business for boarding or daycare!

I was nervous about the cost considering its specialty services but was actually shocked it was much more affordable! The new patient fee was $225 and medication for my dogs ulcer was $250. They were able to diagnose him a lot quicker than going to a primary and suggested a 5 day follow up. This return visit was $135. I also very much appreciated all of the great knowledge shared on their site. That alone helped in understanding what treatments were available. Im very happy with the care ive received and happy to know i can go back with confidence knowing they give great advice and estimates of procedures

We rescued a cat and unfortunately were not aware of the issues that come with along with the process. We took our new family member to a vet within the two weeks
Allotted by the animal rescue service. The service cost us over $200 without any vaccinations or medications to be filled. It was a check up. The staff was apathetic, offering no positive feedback. We then found Spring Creek animal Hospital, looking for a better fit for our fur baby. From the moment you walk in the door you will know that it is the place for you to bring your fur baby. The loving care you receive as a family starts at reception, flows through to the assistants, right to the doctor. They listen to our concerns, offered solutions, and most importantly, treated our fur baby like his life and his being had value. The staff is not only kind, but they are also very empathetic and caring. I am so glad that we found this amazing staff and facility. A lot of of times when you have a fur baby that has become such a pivotal part of your family, There are places that take advantage of your love for your fur baby and your lack of knowledge. We have had it happen to us before at other places with other pets. It is often reflected, in the treatment of your fur baby And the exorbitant prices, along with the suggestions of treatment after treatment with no true resolution. This is not that place, If you’re looking for a Veterinarian who will not only treat your pet, but sincerely, and truly cares for their well-being and yours, Spring Creek animal Hospital is where you should be. Follow up phone calls, consultations with the doctors, getting appointments with ease and medication delivery made easy. Empathetic, Kind, caring, loving, and professional. A staff that gives 100% with every patient every day. I hope they know how much we appreciate them and the work they do and how well they do it.

At my dogs last vet they made him take pills to drug him before appointments but at GNWH he’s never needed that. They have worked with him so amazingly since the beginning. No payment plans available so keep that in mind BUT they are soooo affordable and don’t price gouge like most vets. He kept our glasses full with their amazing rose tea and my daughter’s Pepsi. We ordered the Fiesta Grill for 3, dolmas appetizer and a gyro plate. Our knowledge about caring of a yorkie was very limited but Bianca eased all our fears and answer all our many questions and concerns. Bianca is so knowledgeable regarding her puppies and was so caring. Even after the sale and we had the puppy at home we had questions and she never hesitated to take the time to answer our questions. We are so thankful that we found Bianca. She made it possible for us to have our fur baby. We can’t say enough positive things about Bianca. My advice: Be patient and trust the process. The folks at CareTx are working extremely hard to save these pups, arrange for fosters and ultimately find forever families - there are a lot of moving parts.
A huge thank you, from our little family in California, to everyone involved in the process, but especially to Peggy for being so patient with me and Murphy’s fosters for taking such good care of her in the interim.
Adopting our sweet girl was the best decision we made.
