9155 Schaefer Rd #306, ConverseThis lady is amazing a bought a bird from her and she is the sweetest most honest person. She showed me how to treat my bird and she taught me how to take care of him. She also is so honest she could have taken my money and I would have no money and no bird she takes her time with the birds she teaches you how to trim their nails and makes their beaks and makes them shiny and not sharp. She is a natural and you can tell how much the birds love her. I am so glad I met her. She helps when you call. She eases your mind when it comes to the birds and she’s just a wonderful human being. I’m so glad I met her and I hope that her and I will stay in contact and stay friends, and I am wanting to buy another bird so that way my bird can have a companion and she even told me this is how you can tell. She’s such a good person because I asked her if my bird would need a companion anybody else would have said yes they need a companion just so I could buy another bird from her. No, she didn’t do that. She told me that if you’re home all the time with the birds and they can spend time with you and you can spend time with them that they don’t need a companion, but she also said that if you don’t spend a lot of time at home, then your bird would be better off with the companion. She’s a wonderful person and I hope her and I stay friends for a long time I’m even gonna invite her to my housewarming party because I just bought a brand new house. That’s what a lovely person she is.

102 Toepperwein Rd, ConverseI’ve been going to Pup Country/Happy Trims for a little over a year and never leave unsatisfied. They treat my baby so well! He gets anxious with grooming appointments but they’re so patient here. They call me with updates and my shih tzu always leaves smelling good and a perfect clean cut. They’re very flexible here as well, I accidentally brought my dog in for his appointment a week early, they said it’s okay and still took him in!! ? My dog also does better with male groomers, one day they called and said he was having a hard time so they switched him to the male groomer and he did much better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these kind groomers!!!!!! Thanks Happy Trims!!

9260 FM78, ConverseHoly moly! My usual place ran out of tamales, so we looked up a close spot that had good reviews. The reviews weren’t lying. My husband and I tried the pork tamales, chili, bean and cheese taco. and papas con chorizo taco. Everything was so good. This is now my favorite tamale spot. I’ve tried green salsa from a lot of places and mostly only found heat. This green salsa has a lot of flavor with a build up of heat. The owners were welcoming and friendly, and the guy is a Vietnam Vet. I’ll gladly support this place any time. 10/10 recommend!

The other day, I came to Dutch Bros absolutely hysterical. I was ugly crying in my car because my son has been in the hospital, and I was just completely overwhelmed with life. I didn’t even know how I was going to get through the day, I just needed coffee and a second to breathe.
The girl working the window (I didn’t catch her name, and I wish I had) noticed right away. My hand was resting on the window, and she gently put her hand on mine. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t make it awkward. She just spoke the kindest, most sincere words straight into my soul. I don’t even remember exactly what she said , something like, “We’re here for you,” or “It’s going to be okay.” But in that moment, it felt like everything.
It wasn’t just customer service. It was humanity.
That small act meant more than she will probably ever know. I will forever come to Dutch Bros because of that moment. Truly forever. This is my place now.
Every time I come here, they ask how I’m doing. They’re genuinely interested. They hype you up. They compliment you. They check in on you. They speak life into you. It’s not just coffee, it’s connection.
I would give more than five stars if I could, strictly because their customer service is that top-notch. Dutch Bros isn’t just a coffee stop, it’s a reminder that kindness still exists.
