She HATES her nails trimmed, but they have earned her trust and they can do that step too without trauma. She is usually very scared at the groomers, but she knows she is loved here.

He was so impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was and how clean the facility was. They treated our pet with the upmost care and detail and made my husband feel comforted and well cared for. Dr Schmidt was awesome and held my husband’s hand through the whole visit. Whitestone Animal Hospital
3300 Woodall Drive, Cedar ParkAfter recently moving to the area, my cat had a chronic condition flare up. Following a negative experience with our local vet, I made the switch over to Whitestone Animal Hospital - they have all been phenomenal, especially the doctors. Drs. Walden, Kim, and Kramr have all been attentive, dedicated, and thorough in their care with both my cats, as well as with me as their client. All have spent a considerable amount of time addressing multiple needs and concerns, both during the appointment and in follow-up calls.
Aside from them being closed for lunch daily, the office is easy to reach. In the rare moments I'm unable to get through, they have always called me back within the hour whether I have left a voicemail or not. Scheduling and availability has been straightforward - I have never had to wait more than 2-3 days for an appointment, and staff has been flexible and understanding in extenuating circumstances. Very grateful for this vet clinic.
Something worth mentioning:
our previous vet had charged me over $200 for a urine culture to isolate bacteria-resistent antibiotics for treating my cats uti. After waiting over a month on results they couldn't give me an explanation for not having, I left them and went to Whitestone. That's when Dr. Kramr requested all records and found that the lab never did the culture because the sample sent by the previous vet was inadequate. After discovering this, Dr. Kramr instructed them to call me to give me a refund for a lab test that never occurred. Because of her advocacy, they reached out to apologize and return the $218 for services never rendered.
Whitestone ran the same culture test again for about $30 less, and had results back within 72 hours.

Financial info: We treated my beardie everyday for a week and then I took her back in for a follow up. First visit was $200 for a bunch of things that they tested her with and injections and eye drops for me to take home. Follow up visit was $180 for the follow up and blood work. I feel very safe having a plan going forward with my beardie and trust she is in good hands. Dr Cox also does a great job running down all of the specific charges and explaining what they were for!

Our cats have very different personalities, and the team has always been gentle and caring with them. It’s comforting to know that all of our pets are in good hands whenever we visit.

I ordered the biscoff iced latte anf a tiramisu iced latte. After placing our order we walked over to take a look at the different perfumes that were being sold on the storefront side. In addition to perfumes, there were rugs and clothing and food items such as olive oil for a pretty good price.
When our drinks were ready the cashier brought them over to us. We decided not to sit inside but to head out so we took it to go. The biscoff cookie iced latte was delicious. I appreciated the cookie bits. I wish I remembered to pick up a spoon so I could eat the biscoff cookie that was the topper. My daughter enjoyed her tiramisu iced coffee. It came with a lady finger cookie. Definitely would recommend and go again.

I was able to get some work done for a few hours before my flight back home without any disturbance. Anytime I’m in the area, I will definitely stop by again. Highly recommend.

We split the Reuben sandwich and were glad we did—it was excellent and more than enough for two. Also loved the deep fried French fries that came with it. Just how I like them cooked. We also shared a Caesar salad, which was solid.
Our server, a young man, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The restaurant itself has a bright, inviting atmosphere, and they have nice outdoor seating that will be perfect once the weather cools down.
The breakfast menu looks phenomenal and is served all day, which is a big plus. Our waiter highly recommended the Philly cheesesteak, so that’s definitely on the list for our next visit.
The only downside was the booth seating: the benches had no padding and were pretty hard. Still, that won’t keep us away—we’ll definitely be back!
