Not only was her coat shiny, and healthy which I was looking for. But, her winter coat was a silhouette of what a dauchund should really look like. Thank you for taking really good care of her. Where do I even start they have self wash stations where they supply all of the shampoo the brushes and towels and blow dryer.
Or you could go for a full groom and let the groomers wash and take care of your fur babies.
The Establishment is clean the staff is super sweet.
I've been bringing my fur babies here for a very long time and I'm super pleased with the service not to mention how beautiful my Peggy Sue comes out.
So listen to your grandma when I tell you go there you'll be happy and you will never go anywhere else.
And when you do show up tell him Grandma Texas said hi y'all??

Bark Avenue Grooming and Boarding

She HATES her nails trimmed, but they have earned her trust and they can do that step too without trauma. She is usually very scared at the groomers, but she knows she is loved here.

Dr. Jensen and Dr. Schmidt are clear, informative, and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and always leave with my questions fully answered.
My 8.5-year-old golden retriever, Roger, has dealt with Golden Retriever uveitis that progressed to glaucoma. After surgery was done elsewhere, the Buttercup team did an excellent job with post-op care and were incredibly thorough in addressing my concerns. Amber was our vet tech and was fantastic, as is the entire tech team and front desk staff.
I also appreciate that they offer to review concerns and photos by email to help decide if an in-person visit is needed. It feels fairly priced, never pushy, and truly focused on what is best for the animals. Highly recommend.

Whitestone Animal Hospital
3300 Woodall Dr, Cedar ParkI cannot recommend Whitestone Veterinary Clinic highly enough. They have the BEST vets & the most AMAZING techs & receptionists. They have been incredibly responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to communicate with throughout every step of our dogs’ care. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve taken the time to listen and explain things clearly, which has made stressful situations much easier to navigate.
Their pricing has always been fair and reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary testing or treatments.
One thing I particularly appreciate is their willingness to stay within their scope of expertise. Rather than jumping to conclusions on complex diagnoses, they are appropriately conservative and recognize when a specialist’s evaluation is needed. I have had four dogs under their care, and three ultimately required specialist referrals. Whitestone always provided those referrals promptly, but they were also honest with me when the cost of a specialist was unlikely to outweigh the potential benefit of treatment.
I had two senior dogs with suspected terminal illnesses who ultimately passed away. During those difficult times, I appreciated their honesty in helping me understand when pursuing extensive specialist care might not be in my dogs’ best interests financially or medically. That level of honesty and professionalism gave me confidence that their recommendations were truly centered on the well-being of my pets rather than making money. They even sent cards when I notified them of my dogs passing :,)
Most recently, my 4-year-old dachshund injured her back. Whitestone squeezed us in for an appointment the very next day. Although we suspected IVDD, they appropriately started with conservative treatment and medication to see if she could recover without specialist intervention. Unfortunately, she did not improve and ultimately needed advanced care.
When that happened, Whitestone went above and beyond. They made sure the specialist had every lab result, X-ray, and medical record they had collected so we would not have to repeat unnecessary testing at AVES. They helped get her into the specialist the very next day, and she underwent surgery today! Thankfully, she is now on the mend with an excellent prognosis.
Finding a veterinary team that is compassionate, accessible, reasonably priced, ethical, and genuinely invested in their patients is rare. We are incredibly grateful for the care they have provided over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Financial info: We treated my beardie everyday for a week and then I took her back in for a follow up. First visit was $200 for a bunch of things that they tested her with and injections and eye drops for me to take home. Follow up visit was $180 for the follow up and blood work. I feel very safe having a plan going forward with my beardie and trust she is in good hands. Dr Cox also does a great job running down all of the specific charges and explaining what they were for!

We were just passing by, but I'm a sucker for detroit style pizza.
We decided to grab 4 individual slices rather than take too long to have it made fresh, as we weren't sure which flavors to go for and didn't wanna put all our eggs in one basket. We grabbed the Meat Lover, Mushroom Taleggio, Hot Honey Harvest, and the Sweet Heat Pepperoni.
Of these, the winner by far was the sweet heat - the biquinho peppers are always a welcome touch to any meal. If you're worried about the 'heat' side (we were) then don't be - if you can handle Sriracha, this'll be half as potent in heat. For me, that's a good thing - we can enjoy all the flavor without the heat delaying your next bite.
The next fav was between the Mushroom - very creamy, cheesy flavor - and the meat lovers. But next time we stop by, the Sweet Heat will be a sure purchase.
4/5 atmosphere as the wooden seats were digging into my behind by the end.
5/5 service as one of the people behind the counter heard my wife ask me about a plate, and went out of their way to grab it for us.
