My pup was also quite happy afterwards and it was very clear he enjoyed his time there, even though he usually doesn't love the groomer. Everyone at the front desk and in the office who I interacted with was also lovely. Fantastic experience and we will definitely be back!

He got the cyst when he was a puppy and I was playing ball with him and a french door swung and hit his head. My vet did not have the ultrasound equipment to check it, and another vet I went to said just leave it. I didn't want the bump on his head for his whole life, so I consulted with Dr. Frank who did an ultrasound to determine that it was a follicular cyst and he said he could remove it and have his teeth cleaned at the same time! It came out perfect as he did stitches from the inside. Refer to before and after pics. Thank you SO much!

Nothing felt rushed at all, even though I had a lot of questions. She explained each step of the exam and what she was checking for in a way that was easy to understand, and she was patient with my cat, who isn't always the easiest patient (Londynn is a bit of a diva!).
What really stood out was how comfortable she made me feel throughout the whole visit. I never felt like I was being pushed through the appointment. She genuinely listened to my concerns and made sure I understood the plan going forward before we left. It's clear she cares about both the pets and the humans!
If you're looking for a vet who takes the time to actually explain things and treats your pet like family, I highly recommend Dr. Neeley. Londynn and I both left feeling well taken care of.

I’ll admit, I am not an easy pup parent.. I can be a bit overbearing and have a lot of questions. Taurus’ staff has been incredibly patient, professional and so caring of our little pup. They communicate well, accommodate your pup’s needs and really care about all the dogs under their care. The staff seems to have processes in place that keep them organized and ensure your dog is safe and comfortable. The photo updates of your pup during their care are really the best! They offer other services like boarding, training, and even grooming. Maple has attended daycare 3 times now and is transitioning so well. Taurus has made great effort to calm ALL of our nerves and give Maple so much love! It is such a huge help to burn some of her crazy energy and allow us to find better balance in our lives. I am so grateful to have found Taurus Academy and highly recommend them for your dog too! :)

The Agua Fresca was perfect on a hot day. Cute hang out area. Seemed like a decent enough space. My friend says sometimes there's a crowd, and I read some reviews about a long wait time. But I waited less than 5 minutes for mine on a Sunday afternoon! Only as I was sitting there eating my glizzy did I google and find out voted best hot dog in Texas by Food and Wine magazine. Well deserved. T-locs will be my first stop when I return.

I was thrilled to discover they limit toys, food and treats within the park to help eliminate any potential aggression, as well as 2-3 “bouncers” trained in dog behavior to monitor and referee all dogs. Our foster dog Goose had the time of his life and we were safely able to discover that he isn’t just friendly with other dogs, but thrives in this environment. The splash pad, the pool, the bar, the food trucks, plus the peace of mind of having extra eyes on your dog, all for under $15 a day? Perfect! 🐾

Red Bud Isle
3401 Redbud Trail, AustinOff leash trail. Love coming here with our dog and son early in the morning with cup of coffee in hand. We take a few laps around since it's not very big. We don't let our dog swim here since it's one of the first places that usually has toxic algae, but have seen dogs swim in areas where it's cleaner. In the winter it's much better. It's shaded which makes it great for a hotter, sunnier day.
Parking is very limited.
Pick up after your pet and enjoy an Austin gem!

She was precise and informative & caring too! (We had lost our other dog, a border collie, several months earlier, so we wanted some assurances & had questions about the breed, too.)
When we met the pups, it was obvious they had been well cared for, very loved & well socialized. We got to play with them and affirmed our choice. Our pup has truly been the very best pup! We haven’t even had her a month, and she is entrenched in our hearts & lives. We look forward to forming deeper relationships with the breeder & her staff as she grows & matures. Highly recommend the entire experience!

She came completely prepared and really did a great job of making sure Cheeto felt comfortable, it shows in the pictures! Neighbors Dog Park & Cafe
5609 South Congress Avenue Suite 220, AustinMy dog has been coming here for 4 months and he loves it. It gives him a clean place to play, relax and socialize. The dog-wranglers are all great. The facility is always upgrading and updating the space to make it clean, dog-friendly and comfortable for the owners. They also host community vendors and are active in the local community too! All around, I’m love that we found this community of people and dogs in south Austin

1156 West Cesar Chavez Street, Austin(Angelina) I apologize to Austin Pets Alive! for my sister's last comment added here with this account. I haven't reviewed Austin Pets Alive!, but I did email them in regards to her accidentally making a dog application and they were really patient and even invited her to volunteer seeing she was really interested in dogs and animals. I greatly appreciate their service with helping me fix that mistake and Austin Pets Alive! sound really sweet and helpful. Also, if whoever adopts a seemingly sweet dog named Gumdrop. Feel free to reply or something here on how the sweet dog is doing - my little sister tried to adopt them 😆
