Y’all, we just moved to town with our six-year-old Pomeranian (who’s had many a pro haircut in her life), and are just DELIGHTED by how adorable and plush she looks after her time at Woof Gang. My kids and I shrieked and clapped when we saw her, honestly, and she is currently prancing, wiggling and showing off like you wouldn’t believe.
I think a woman named Kendra handled things today, but please correct me if I’m wrong. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, skillful artist she is. Wow!

My dog is 9, picky about people and used to be really anxious about the groomer, but when she sees Ramon (or his van), she runs right to him! I love how caring they are with my dog, how wonderful she smells afterwards and how quickly she is able to be groomed right outside my house. They’re always on time and it’s such an easy and low stress experience for both me and my dog. If you’re thinking about booking them for your dog, you won’t be disappointed!

Very clean and comfortable for washing your dog with lots of shampoo and conditioning choices - we had fun giving our dog a bath rather than dreading it! We have already been twice and just joined. We love the membership and we look forward to trying out all of their other great services as well. Loved seeing all of the happy tails wagging at PetBar!!!!

It had been years since Rom got groomed and we were not sure how he'd do. He's a big guardian-breed/ GSD mix and he came in with significant matting, so we were apprehensive initially.
Adrian was great the entire time. Incredibly professional, super informative, and very patient. He cared just as much about Rom not being stressed as he did about the grooming itself. He let me know about an area of concern so that we could get it checked out as well as gave his honest opinion about specific questions I had which was a big deal to me.
The thing I appreciated most is that his advice fit Rom's life. Rom's a farm dog, not an indoor dog, and Adrian got that and tailored his advice and care to it. Rom's state of mind was great when he came out and he physically looked like a new dog.
If you've got a big dog or a nervous one, go see Adrian. Can't recommend him enough.

This was my dog’s first time somewhere that didn’t send him back saying they “couldn’t demat” and we had to cut it all. Hailey was incredibly patient, skilled, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She took the time to work through everything instead of giving up, and the results were amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and takes pride in her work. My dog came out looking great, happy, and comfortable—which has honestly never happened before at other places. If you’ve struggled finding a groomer who can actually handle more challenging coats or situations, Hailey is the one. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I saw Dr. Pagel to establish my dog as a new patient. The vet tech was also so sweet and gentle with Lola - the microchip was injected without a whimper. Dr. Pagel had great energy, was gentle and caring towards Lola during the exam and made great recommendations on food, etc. She made sure to ask if I had any questions - never made the exam feel rushed. An overall positive experience. I’m now in the process of transferring my other 2 dogs from our current vet to Griffith.

Dr Dillon is our vet he is always so kind and helpful not to mention he is the sweetest to my little old 17 yo grumpy stinky dog ;) it makes me feel so good to have a vet who cares. The other thing that is so nice about their clinic is the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and last but definitely not least going to the vet doesn't break the bank as many vets offices in the past have. I highly recommend their services. They were recommended to us by a friend, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is need of a great vet♥️

My dog was experiencing a terrifying bowel obstruction emergency, and they were willing to change their schedules and find a spot for him. From the moment I called, their staff was compassionate and efficient. They got us in immediately, and the veterinary team was absolutely fantastic.
They explained the treatment options clearly, and provided top-notch care to my furry kid. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were reassuring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much more bearable. Their prices were almost a 1/4th of another Vet in the area, which not only made it affordable but prevented a potentially huge financial burden!
I'm so grateful for their expertise and dedication. Southwest Vet truly went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner in Austin. They are lifesavers!

He really takes the time to get to know you, your dog, and what you seek to get out of the sessions. I really appreciate how much Kenny cares about my dog, the progress my dog makes throughout the sessions, and how approachable he can be outside of the sessions.
He makes sure to send a detailed summary of the training and tips to make sure the techniques work, and will always answer any questions you may have. The difference in my dog’s behavior before and after the six sessions with Kenny is astronomical. Thanks to Kenny, my dog no longer pulls on the leash during our walks, is no longer reactive to other people and their dogs, and has shown many other positive changes.
I would definitely recommend anyone with a dog to set up sessions with Kenny because he truly is the best.

I have been bringing my gorgeous cat, Freya, here for years, and every single time, the customer service is exceptional. The staff is consistently warm, and they give as much love and attention to their feline guests as they do to the dogs. The entire environment feels like a second home—it's cozy, safe, and so inviting. What really sets them apart is friendliness of the staff and that they send daily Report Cards and updates on Freya—letting me know how she's doing, her mood, and even a description of her day. This kind of personal attention is so rare, and it means the world. I love this place so much that even after moving to a different city, I still bring Freya here; whenever I can. If you love your pet and want them to feel at home, this is the place.

My dog can get very anxious and they were so patient and understanding in slowly easing her into the environment and playing with other dogs. They sent great pictures of my dog and regular updates. She was fed and medicated exactly as I requested and they kept track of everything in their updates. Plus, the staff there are all just personable, friendly, and clearly care about the dogs.
Finally, on my dog's evaluation day I had an emergency and Bobbi Colorado's came to the rescue! I got a flat tire on the way to pick up my dog from the evaluation day and couldn't make it to pick up before they closed. I called BC's and they let her board for the night and fed her kennel food. They were so kind and professional dealing with the situation and I was super grateful! I'm interested in checking out the training next.

They both came to our table to check up on us which I was impressed by. The restaurant was also very nice ...music just right ... temperature just right and I liked how classy the decor was.
The food we had were burnt ends, reddish, baja tacos, coconut sorbet and bananas foster. My husband absolutely loved the dessert

Friendly staff, quick service. Lots of parking, lots of seating and there's a bar next door where you can watch the game. It's a big food truck in a food truck park, it's right up front. If youre looking for a sweet treat on a hot day, this is your spot. It's a little outside the city but I assure you the ice cream is worth the drive.

1508 Ferguson Ln # B, AustinMy vet chose this cremation service for my beloved cat who passed in mid December 2025. The euthanasia moment shocked me — my head was spinning and I didn’t know what to ask or do, as it was my first time losing a pet. The vet’s receptionist reassured us they trusted this service and that my boy, whom I loved for 16 years, would have a private solo cremation service which I demand to have.
When I received his ashes package , I was deeply touched. Everything was done so elegantly and with great care. Nothing was missed — they even kept his unique tail fur, something I forgot to ask for.
I’m truly grateful for the compassion and respect they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life.

She came completely prepared and really did a great job of making sure Cheeto felt comfortable, it shows in the pictures! Had the best experience taking pictures together with Cheeto with lots of pro tips and tricks to make sure we kept Cheetos attention! The facility is always upgrading and updating the space to make it clean, dog-friendly and comfortable for the owners. They also host community vendors and are active in the local community too! All around, I’m love that we found this community of people and dogs in south Austin

Austin Humane Society
124 W Anderson Ln., Austin2 years ago we adopted our black cat Folly Boy and in May we adopted our baby Calico Guppy Girl. The shelter was awesome and sweet through both adoption processes and they were both healthy as well. They now are best friends. We absolutely love them and spoil them rotten! I highly recommend checking out the shelter for any of your fur babies.
