While on my way from Houston to Austin, my sweet Sadie (Goldendoodle) was showing signs of a bladder infection. I found Five Star on Google. I called them and even though they were closing in 45 minutes on a Saturday, they said to bring her in. The ran tests and confirmed my suspension. She was sent home with meds and food.
The next morning I received a call to check on her. She was already feeling better, thank goodness!
I highly recommend this wonderful Veterinary Clinic!

The doctors and staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything, kept us updated throughout treatment, and treated our dog with such kindness and care. Their calm and knowledgeable approach helped ease our anxiety, and we truly felt like our dog was in the best possible hands.
Emergency situations are never easy, but we are beyond grateful for the level of care and support we received from the entire team at Violet Crown Veterinary Specialists. Thank you for helping our pup recover and for being there when we needed you most. Highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency or specialty veterinary care.

12812 Shops Pkwy Ste 400, Bee CaveThis Banfield is by far the best Banfield in Austin. Dr. Dianora is beyond amazing and staff are wonderful for our 15 yo golden retriever and 5 mo Doberman puppy. We never feel like it’s a business like other vet clinics that try to rip us off. So glad we found this vet and staff that we can trust for our pups and they really care about them. Thanks so much! We get their baguettes often and love making croutons out of them. Their French onion soup is so delish and perfect on a cold rainy day. Plus the owner is so sweet and always gives great customer service.

We love to hit this place for a pre dinner drink and then walk into the Galleria for dinner and a show. Recommended, especially in the cooler months, but they also have great ceiling fans outside when it’s hot out.
