Tried their Fajita Plate (as suggested by my husband), and person taking my order said they had aguas frescas... tried their jamaica (hibiscus). The fajitas reminded me of the food my dad made when we lived in S Texas as kids, that good! The beans were delicious and so was the rice. The green sauce spicy, but also good. Friendly service, and what also caught my attention was the beautiful plants near the food truck which gives it a friendly and beautiful touch. The only thing that I would have liked was that there would have been prices on menu. Definitely would go back, and try some of their other items. (Btw, had stopped somewhere else a few minutes before and decided to go here instead, so glad we did.) My husband will be jealous when he sees what I ate without him.

910 N Caldwell St, ManorThe guy below my review is the reason I came here and wanted to try out this place. The brisket sandwich was great. They gave good portions for the money and glad they haven't gone the way of other bbq places where they charge you per every item. Here they still have combos where the drink is still included in the meal. Don't let the building appearance discourage you from trying it out. And if your military or veteran they give you a discount for those who are wondering if they do or not. Which is great in today's economy.

As we have been visiting Manor,TX for the summer, we ordered our first day in town breakfast at the one and only Casa garcias where their tortillas are made fresh daily (I still say they should start selling their tortillas by packages also 😆). Their food and refreshments are always well made, delicious, juicy with flavors of seasonings, herbs, brother of meat, veggies and even fruits. Can't get enough of them tortillas they truly tttruuullyy truly are the best in town. This time we had the opportunity to be served out take out by Mrs Avril. Spunky , bright, vibrant, well front staff etiquette, customer service skills on point. If in the area, swing on by Manor's Favorite place the one and only Casa Garcias.
Previous: It's been months that we had gone to Casa G's. I must say their staff members never fail to be soulfully amazing. Atmosphere is vibing good vibes as always. David was our server this day. He is fantastic! What a great personality, professionally down to earth with all the multi-tasking manners to service restaurant guests. Speaks well towards each individual 🙌. Thanks to all the great staff members whom make a person feel appreciated. May Casa G's be appreciative of each and every one of ya'll and care, Truly care for ya'll. All the meals I have ever tried are delicious from the stuffed avocado to the gorditas. Their tortillas! Always their tortillas are absolutely the best! They must make those with conpassion and passion for ceratin! The Mexican lemonade down to the simplicity of their glass of water. Refreshing and crisp. Thank you for all of your delicious meals and refreshing drinks and your outstanding staff members and their service.
