New review: Nov 1 my dog got into slime/goo and had it all over her hind quarters. She was hurting and I couldn't even touch my dog; she was miserable and I was worried about getting it off. Together we searched the internet and quick call to a vet, we found white vinegar takes it off with some elbow grease. They groomed her and returned to me a dog without glitter slime! Pleasant and fun staff who i can trust with my dog, Bella.

I walked in and met Jag first, he greeted me with a smile and showed me around for a bit. He then handed me over to a young lady who took great care of me. I went in for some snails and left with 2 clownfish, a Goby and a beautiful coral. Thank you MC Aquatics Conroe!

4235 N Frazier St, ConroeThis Vet is amazing. I had a rough start to my day yesterday bringing my dog to another vet that refused to treat her. We call Tender Paws and they get her in immediately. I waited a few minutes and they already brought us back and started taking care of my girl. They worked with me on the costs and doing everything they could with what they had to work with. Every vet is expensive, but they did their best to help me to afford all the necessary care she needs. They were so kind to me and kept checking on me making sure I didn't have questions. My girl is staying here for a couple days because she's really sick, and they have already called twice with amazing updates. They truly care about their patients and animals that they treat and have even prayed over my girl and I. And we are new patients as well. Thank you Jesus for this wonderful staff!

16277 Plaster Cir, ConroeA++++ Mike and his wife are awesome. We took our new rescue Cash a 14m Rottweiler here for training initially. I selected Voraussehen initially over some of the other trainers due to his deep training and breeding experience with Rottweilers and now German Malinios. Not only did Mike let us visit during training but preferred it while others wouldn’t let us visit during the training. Mike was the same cost or maybe lower than other trainers and kept 3 weeks rather than two. After training was over I still keep in touch with Mike for follow up questions and he reached out to make sure our dog was still moving forward and maintaining his training progress. I have also learned a lot from Mike with regards to food preference, and health guidance. Simply put Mike was awesome and truly cares for not only every animal he trains but his customers in general. We have had our dog back for boarding since and received him back clean with a fresh bath and brush. We already have scheduled for boarding with our next vacation as well.

She provided us with a wealth of information and resources. Homework between sessions was doable and easy to do. Her experience working in shelters made her the perfect fit for our situation. She is professional and responds quickly to any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made us better parents not just for our dog, but our kitten too. Schomer Kennels
2920 Jeffcote Rd, ConroeIt has been a long time since I've used this kennel, but I have nothing but great memories of talking with Mr. Schomer, who has helped me with two different dogs I've had over the years. Schomer is located near Conroe. Despite living in Southwest Houston, I felt this kennel was worth the drive for the services I used.The first time I used his services was back in 1998, with my boxer/pitbull mix named Bailey. Bailey was a jackass before introduced to Schomer. I was told it would take about a month, and given the reasonable fee structure at the time. As we approached the end of the month he was there, I got a call with an update from Mr. Schomer who told me about Bailey's progress. While my dog had definitely made some accomplishments, Schomer felt I would be happier if he kept him for another month. This was not a negative thing AT ALL. Read the second sentence of this paragraph again. In fact, Schomer insisted that I come up to see how things were going for myself. We watched from indoors as Schomer brought Bailey out and demonstrated the newly learned behaviors. I was in tears and absolutely amazed. Once Bailey graduated from the program after the second month, he truly was a different dog. He went from being a problem child to being an obedient dog.As a bonus, my smaller dog, Noah (English pointer), had picked up on Bailey's training and began mimicking Bailey. I had very good success walking Bailey and maintaining control around other dogs. Interestingly, Noah did not require a leash moving forward and became an even more amazing dog.Fast forward later in Noah's life to 2012, I had moved to the Woodlands and it became more convenient to use this kennel for boarding. There were some times I was traveling extensively and had turned to Schomer for help. Noah was much older at this time, and Schomer was very helpful in diagnosing an issue for me.Thank you, Mr. Schomer for your services. My husband and I was craving authentic Mexican food and we decided to try this after reviewing options from Yelp. We ordered the California burrito with Al pastor, Al pastor tacos, and mole enchiladas. I also wanted to try the Jamaica drink and boy did it hit the spot! The waiteress was so nice and even gave us two servings of complimentary tortilla chips with two types of salsa. She asked us if we like spice and we said yes so she brought out two other salsa! The green one was soooo good! I forgot what it was but it could be habanero salsa. The California burrito and al pastor tacos were my favorite! So flavorful and packed with meat! Highly recommend this hidden gem if you're visiting Conroe!

Fond Memories Pet Cemetery and Crematorium

My Vet made a house call and told me about a business that would come and get Luke from him and have a private cremation for him and give me a paw print…that’s really all I knew when I agreed to do that. It was also very reasonably priced.What I received on Feb. 20th was amazing!Fond Memories in Conroe did way more than I expected. I received a certificate on card stock sealed in a nice envelope with Luke’s name on it along with a brass plate with “Luke” engraved on it. HIS paw print in clay with his name and a display stand, a really nice purple velvet bag that held a beautiful polished wooden box that held my boy’s ashes. The presentation was mind blowing to say the least. The brass plate was so I could choose where to put it on the box which I thought was a nice touch. These people obviously know how much our pets mean to us and it shows.Absolutely HIGHLY recommend!!!
