“I just bought a 37 cent screw at Ace Hardware. They were loose so I only had to buy one not a whole packet like at Home Depot or Lowe’s. They a huge variety of screws, washers and even specialty attachment devices (think IKEA) furniture. They probably have it here. The store employees are always helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I shopped here for my first time today, and I was amazed by the place. There was a huge assortment of wood, with a lot of domestics and a several exotics. I was very happy with the quality of the wood, and I was able to shuffle through each group to pick the pieces I wanted. A lot of these are rough sawn, and they offer to give you one cut for free if needed. I like this, as I can work the wood as I like with my machines. Overall, it is an excellent and huge selection of wood with multiple groupings of the same species to choose from. And there are several stacks of 6/4, 8/4 and even 12/4 if you need something that big.
The staff was top tier. I was a bit shy showing up to a large place like this for the first time, but I was quickly met by a gentleman who welcomed me and made sure I knew where to look and how to choose pieces. They were very friendly and patient as I chose the boards I wanted. I was never pushed to hurry, and they were more than happy to move stacks so I could look at whatever I wanted. I very much appreciated the assistance and patience, especially since I was looking to get just 6 or so boards. I felt like they gave me the attention and respect as someone buying several thousands of board feet. I even had a great conversation with one of the employees as he measured and cut my boards, talking about woodworking and the huge planer/sander they have in the shop.
Finally, the pricing is awesome. Very, very reasonable, especially in today's environment of surging prices. When they rung me up, it was less than 1/3 of what I was expecting to pay. So now the lumber is in my shop until I can go out and do some of the projects I've been looking forward to complete.”

“Having been gaslit and exploited by enough mechanics in the past (one which did such negligent work, it had to be intentional), I've resolved to do all my front-end suspension work myself. Took advantage of their great sale prices and picked up some much-needed tools, so I wouldn't have to keep going on road trips and forking out huge deposits for loaner tools at O'Reilly's. Their prices beat Amazon on breaker bars and alignment prybar, as well as sockets, socket adapters, and impact driver bits. $100 set me up very nicely, and I'll save myself at least a thousand by doing this myself. I'm glad there's a Harbor Freight around.”
“Harbor Freight 2.0 is the best place to get tools and equipments you need. I'm a DIYer for cars and I buy their Daytona Jacks/ jacks stand and many hand tools. So glad they got Icon, Quinn, Bauer, Hercules, Doyle and more. We do there weekly for everything. The prices are affordable. Wished there were more locations. Thanks HF for always making more new products and tools that are affordable and lifetime. For sure Insider Club membership is worth it and it pays back on the coupons. I stand in line at checkout and see how many men ignore this membership, they must want to pay retail, retail...”

“I had them cut welding cable to my request and it ended up being the wrong size. They were gracious enough to swap it for the correct size even thought it was my error. Also their employee Ben is top notch when it comes to service and demeanor. You don’t come across employees like him everyday. They’re lucky to have him.”

“This place has general company supplies from a-z and is very convenient. It can even benefit you if your company has to deal with very heavy stuff or shipping. It really does not matter what of company you own, American Plastic Supplies will benefit you for the better wether it is using bubble wrap for your pallets or just hanging up an electrical “open” sign.”

“I’m a Field Engineer and work on pathology equipment in hospitals and labs. One of the electrical connections on a unit broke while servicing. I went to several hardware stores and had no luck. I decided to try Grainger and Pete was able to help me out right away. Thank you for the help the doctors at this particular site will be very happy knowing their equipment was able to be repaired thanks to this electrical connection.”
“They initially messed up my same day delivery, but they made it right after I contacted them. Probably wouldn't order same day delivery from this location again.”
“Excellent customer service, 30 minutes will call pick up, they have a rapid delivery service for only $25 within 15 miles. IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. They also offer Direct pickup with different vendors. I 100% recommend shopping here.”

“The location in Burleson is far above average. Great staff, good products, and great savings. Only complaint is never any of the mini toolboxes... but then that can be said of all the stores. Need more colors for them too. Yellow, orange and green. I'm sure that I'm not the only person that is saying that. Other than that...keep up the good work! Also, not sure why they don't carry awls any more. Don't need a set of them or a punch ... just your standard everyday awl.”

“I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is.I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful.My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”
