“I recently traveled for Thanksgiving to DFW. I travel there several times a year to see family. The location is great and service is always friendly. As a preferred member I often times get upgraded. This time I did not. My car was adequate and what I’d requested but the upholstery was soiled and it smelled of smoke.
With a lot full of cars to offer, I’d have hoped for better.”

Just when returned the car, they charged me for 2 gallon fuel when I filled in full just couple of miles before and I was still there and asked the guy who added this charge but he gave some stupid reason and would not listen to us but a employee at desk heard us and removed that charge. So all good in end but unnecessary hassle.”

On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, my 14 yr daughter and I rushed into Avis rental on Commerce Street just at closing time - amidst a city bustling with families and cheer teams...just to rent a car so that she and I could have rare a day together driving around looking for boots. We were in town for a wedding. And she and I hadn't even had a day to just spend together in a year because we care for my mother 24/7. And we have a dog who needs to run all the time. So no time. Through a series of serendipitous interactions we were brought to Avis and met Mr. Adrian. He was amazing and wildly friendly, so cool and professional. He found us a car and made magic happen for us! We were so grateful!
In our judgment, it makes a difference that Mr. Little Adrien's focus is on people, not on numbers or money. We know it takes leadership for this to happen. We credit this success to Mr. Adrien. A dedicated and positive staff is a treasure every where. Whoever personally hired him also deserves some credit!
Mr. Little Adrian epitomized his vision of working with customers who come in with last minute requests. It was wonderful that we were helped so professionally and empathetically. He was kind without missing a beat in performing his job outstandingly. Seriously! We got in the car and left for Fort Worth for the day and returned the car to the aeroport the next day. And the car return was not complicated at all.
Based our experience, Mr. Little Adrian deserves both corporate and institutional recognition to Avis' mission and customer services provided. We all know a thank you is not enough. He deserves a financial reward and an upgraded position because those are long term benefits. Employees stay in jobs because they like their bosses, more so than because they like the company.
Mr. Adrian is a credit to Avis and to the entire staff at the Avis on Commerce Street. When we return to Dallas, we'll go there and rent again.

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I was very happy with the car but the thing I liked to most is that when I picked up the car they gave me a card with a phone number if I had any issue but the part I liked the most is it also had the address to wear to bring the car back. That is very helpful this should be a standard for all of your locations.”
