Stayed here for four nights and enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff all throughout the hotel, very helpful. Nice pool area. Clean, big room. Centrally located.

The rooms were nice but smelled a bit old and there was only one elevator working it took me 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Location was great though.

I’ve stayed at the Toronto Fairmont by Union station and this was my first time in the Dallas one - Emilio and Mikayla definitely made this my favorite and chain!
