Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown is a beautiful and well-located hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Majestic Theatre. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable, with good beds and nice bathrooms. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful front desk staff who make check-in smooth and explain hotel features clearly. The hotel provides amenities like a fitness center, and the rooms have working air conditioning and are generally quiet, although street noise can be heard into the early morning hours. Some guests experienced delays with valet parking, which took about 15 minutes each time, and parking in the busy downtown area can be challenging. The hotel bar, however, was disappointing, with slow service and issues like warm beer and stale snacks. Despite this, guests enjoyed their stays, especially the convenient location and comfortable rooms, making it a good choice for exploring downtown Dallas.
Excellent stay at this hotel. Great location. Easy to get everywhere. Hotel being refurbished but hardly noticed. We were superbly looked after by Princeton and Donaldson. Thank you for having us. Epic hotel and phenomenal staff!

Beautiful hotel with seamless check in process. Way undervalued!!! I can only imagine the results after the construction. My man Devin at the front desk makes this hotel even better… GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE

Wow! Quite the hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and updated. Beds are comfortable. The service was outstanding. The manager ensured that we had everything that we needed. The breakfast was a buffet and the quality was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
