The AC Hotel Dallas Downtown offers a modern and comfortable stay, with spacious rooms, well-appointed amenities, and a clean, contemporary design. While the hotel's boxed-in location may limit natural light, it provides a convenient location near many restaurants and a 7-Eleven. The hotel's free breakfast and family suite with a stove, fridge, and dishwasher are additional perks. The customer service, particularly from the valet staff, is praised, though finding parking can be stressful. Overall, the AC Hotel Dallas Downtown delivers a satisfying experience, though guests should be aware of the potentially rough neighborhood surrounding the hotel.
The bar is a great vibe and the bartender is so sweet and personable! Definitely recommend

Francesco from the breakfast buffet is the best ever!!! I’ve been to this hotel multiple times on business and my favorite part of the stay is talking to him.

Dantae went over and beyond to help check us check in at the beginning of our stay. He came out to get us after checking in with valet and gave us the entire rundown of the property. Great experience!
