“Went to Drop at the International departure, Terminal D, DFW. So suddenly made a plan to have some quick bites. Me and Family went to Hyatt Regency Lounge located at Terminal D.
Ordered House Burger, Fries, Drinks and Tiramisu.
This lounge is really nice with a very great view and seating arrangement for Dine in and general accommodation.
They have nice bar.
Service was really good. Very welcoming. They have complimentary Chocolate cookies and cold water for Guests which is really great.
Food was really good. We really enjoyed.
Place food service overall was we had a very nice experience.
Definitely I will recommend this place.
Even though anyone wants to have a jice time can go with friends and family.
Has parking. You can park at the terminal parking.”

“Room was immaculately clean and very roomy. We were lucky enough to be in a remodeled room which is designed to accent open space. Service was impeccable with any employee, from house maid to management being very friendly and available. Ready to accommodate your needs. Management even let us borrow a couple chairs from the breakfast room for a mini/ party with family in our room. Location is very convenient right off of corporate and 35. You can’t beat this place! It made for a wonderful stay!!!! Very competitive pricing. But honestly, you get more than you pay for at this particular Best Western with Carlos and all of his staff.
Continental breakfast was also excellent, offering choices of fruit and yogurt, as well as oatmeal and eggs and different breakfast meats. Coffee was Starbucks, with a couple different creamers also available. They have a pool that we use and enjoying.
Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. They even say they work together as a mini family. We believe it. This met our expectations and then some! Stay at this place ….you will be happy you did!!!!”
“Definitely recommend staying at Texican Court. The customer service is truly above and beyond. Every staff member goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and satisfied throughout your stay.
My mom especially loved the lotion and shampoo provided in the room. After we checked out, I called the hotel to ask about purchasing them, but they weren’t available on the website. To our surprise, the staff went the extra mile and sent the items to us as a complimentary gift. That level of thoughtfulness really says a lot about how much they care about their guests.”

Every staff member, from Milena who cheerfully checked me in, to Alexia, who wrote me such a kind note, to Amoni, who messaged me the day before to see if I needed anything, showed such genuine kindness and professionalism that sets such a strong standard for the Grand Hyatt brand. This hotel is indeed just steps away from TSA, and I cannot commend this property enough for the service everyone provides to its guests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when my travels go through DFW.”

“We stayed for Valentine’s day and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! The service was top tier. The suite was BEAUTIFUL, the cleanliness was great, the food at Bonnie and Clyde’s was great, my whole stay was fantastic. The pool/hot tub was clean. However, the bar staff could benefit from improving their hospitality and awareness when customers are around. Given the bar's small size, it's reasonable to expect prompt attention to patrons. Since service staff often rely on tips, fostering rapport with customers is crucial. A little kindness and attentive service can lead to better gratuities.”

“I’m a Hilton Honors Digital Key app user. I was able to pick my room a day ahead and was notified through the app that my room was ready on the day of arrival and that I could head straight to my room. It was spacious, clean, Internet was good, and the TV even welcomed me by name! There was a large grassy area for my service dog to do her business. It seemed like a quiet location, but I only stayed overnight. Really enjoyed the bed and location!
Before my arrival, hotel staff reached out via text and answered any questions I had. This was helpful! Thanks for a great stay!”

“This was one of, if not the most, accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager helped me adjust my 3rd Party Reservation to save me money, and while the manager was unable to provide me with an EXTREMELY early check-in (which is 100% reasonable) they provided me a room that I could hang out in, conduct business, and wait for my room to be ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am back in Arlington, TX.

“I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas which is typically every couple months whether for work or pleasure. Im not quick to write reviews (good or bad) but as much as I’ve stayed here I have never had a bad experience so this one is well overdue. Alex and his team always has the best service and they truly have make me feel like I’m home away from home. Each staff from the desk , the bar, and breakfast truly cares that you have a great stay. “Super comfortable stay for an overnight layover at DFW. The hotel was accommodating of our schedule and let us check out a little later than normal so we could relax in our room a little longer. Mr. Cookie the shuttle driver was a hoot and made getting to and from the airport a blast!”

“We were guests for my wife birthday on New Years Eve week. The staff to real good care of us and the venue was mid to upper tier for Marriott’s standards.
We will definitely come back and stay. We met a lot of nice people there as well. There was a party there mid week. It was cool seeing all the lights coming from the upper floor windows. Looked like a disco, lol.

“Whenever I stayed at this hotel, I actually enjoyed my time after having multiple not so good hotel stays. Whenever the one thing I would say is whenever I was checking in this wonderful gentleman named Luka checked me in. He was very nice and I had a very nice conversation about it, breakfast was nice and I have no complaints. And whenever I asked for towels the next morning this wonderful women named Jessica not only gave me towels, but also gave me a bathmat and an Oreo because I had brought my kids with me and they said they wanted a snack. Wonderful experience, Only complaint I have is that I left so soon”

“Stayed for 2 nights and had a awesome experience. I texted while in-flight informing the delay in check-in time and got a response within seconds which is impressive compared to my previous experiences with other Hyatt hotels as a Globalist. The front desk staffs were very helpful when I requested for toothbrush/toothpaste since I forgot to pack.
The hotel is half a mile from the rental car center and under 2 miles near airport which is very convenient. Love the rooms and especially the water pressure. This is my 3rd time staying here and would prefer on my other travels to Dallas. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious and had many varieties than other Hyatt hotels.
