He transferred my old phone to my daughter, got a new upgrade for me and even worked to lower our account bill. Worth driving here even if it’s not your local store! In 15yrs of Verizon loyalty this was the very best experience we have ever had. Will be returning for all Verizon and phone needs in the future.”
“Huge props to CJ, who has been very patient and also holding down the fort with at most 4 customers at the same time. He helped me out and got my service switched to Verizon without breaking a sweat. If I were the manager, I’d give him a bonus for that.”
“Shoutout to MJ and TK ! They did an amazing job!!! When I entered the store I was greeted by multiple workers which was so refreshing because I had just came from 2 VZN stores and not one person spoke!! MJ was super transparent about the wait which I appreciated and got us checked in right away. When it was time for our turn TK was extremely patient and helpful. I was transferring from another carrier to T-Mobile so I was nervous but she did an amazing job from start to finish! I highly recommend this location and we will be returning for our family needs.”

The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).”

“I wish to warn the people visiting this store about certain people waiting outside the store to preach you about Jesus and his teachings ‘wanting’ to convert my religion. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon during busy hours and I hope the store takes some action against people who wait outside trying to make people uncomfortable. A lady stopped me as soon as I exited the store and reached out with a handshake with two other people and all started preaching.
I only went into the store for Amazon returns and i’m sure the store has a variety of products to offer with helpful and knowledgeable staff.”
