“I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Iman at Verizon today. After nearly 20 years with AT&T, I was hesitant about making the switch, but Iman made the entire process absolutely seamless.
He moved all of my lines over to Verizon, transferred all of our contacts, photos, and data, helped me get money back on our phones, and found additional discounts and savings that I wasn’t even aware were available.
What really stood out was his patience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to making sure everything was taken care of before I left. Switching after 20 years with another carrier could have been a nightmare, but Iman made it incredibly easy.
I can’t thank him enough for the level of service I received today. Verizon is lucky to have someone like Iman representing the company. If you’re considering switching to Verizon, ask for Iman—you won’t regret it!”

“Rosie was so helpful and helped me resolve a problem I’ve been dealing with for over 2 months and spent hours on the phone with customer service. My account was set up for my phone lines, but under a separate account for Internet that I wasn’t aware of. I’ve been trying to cancel the Internet since before I received the modem, and customer service just kept saying that there’s no Internet on my account and to ignore the bill because it’s an error in their system. I got a notice from a collection agency today, so I went to the store & Rosie was able to get everything taken care of in about 5 minutes and got confirmation that the bill will be credited and I won’t have to pay for the Internet that I never wanted.”

“I have been shopping at this Best Buy since 2015 and even though the layout has changed a million times, I have never had an issue with service. The employees are always professional and timely and accommodating. Today, I had to find a specifically sized microwave to fit the frame of our microwave cabinet so I brought the frame with me. Walking in with a large frame, the employees pointed me to the appliance area & I was able to find the right sized microwave & check out quickly.”

Murphy store young man did a great job for only being with company a few months. Only issue was it took forever to get someone to take care of you, as reps were slow. But this store will soon be a indirect store or not a VERIZON company store. So they may have been short staffed or less motivated.”

I first met her this Father’s Day as I purchased a pregnancy test. We quickly chatted about how crazy it would be if I found I was pregnant on Father’s Day and, sure enough, I was! When I returned I let her know the good news, and was met with genuine excitement and a hug. This Target on McDermott is my go-to location when I need something fast and convenient. The store is clean, easy to navigate, and laid out in a way that makes quick trips genuinely quick.
Inventory is reliable for everyday essentials, and checkout—especially self-checkout—moves efficiently. Parking is easy, and in-and-out trips are usually hassle-free, which is exactly what I want from a neighborhood Target.
Service is straightforward and efficient without being overbearing. Overall, this location consistently delivers on convenience, which is why it’s the one I return to most often.”
“I wish to warn the people visiting this store about certain people waiting outside the store to preach you about Jesus and his teachings ‘wanting’ to convert my religion. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon during busy hours and I hope the store takes some action against people who wait outside trying to make people uncomfortable. A lady stopped me as soon as I exited the store and reached out with a handshake with two other people and all started preaching.
