“We moved here from Tennessee a couple of years ago looking for a bank with good service. I researched it and tried Wells, then Chase, then a Credit Union, it was a nightmare, and then I found PointBank in Flower Mound where we live. Why would anyone bank elsewhere?It's like going back to the 60's when there was such a thing as a personal bank. The atmosphere, people, products, attention - it's all wonderful. And Chantel at the Flower Mound branch has just been the best. Wish I could give you ten stars!!”

“Limited hours, I can't deposit a business check via mobile so I have to schedule time to go visit to deposit my money.
Any questions other than a teller requires an appointment.”
“Good place, but keep in mind that you can't deposit or withdraw cash at the ATM in this location, which can be inconvenient if you live farther away and/or in the Denton area.
Other than that, no other issues for me as far as I've seen.”
“I was feeling extremely stressed out with the online banking team this morning and was even more stressed because online banking said I needed to go in person to try to take care of it. I went with my kiddo early this afternoon, we both interacted with 5-7 different team members, and every single one of them was lovely. Thank you so much for trying your best to go above and beyond to help today. Incredible experience! I would give y’all 10 out of 5 stars if I could.”

“Went in to take care of some home owners insurance business and was helped by Sky Clark. She was very friendly and professional and took care of my needs with no problems. Wells Fargo is lucky to have her. Anthony, the bank manager, also made the transaction go smooth and was most helpful. I went in expecting the worst after reading reviews but that was not my experience at all.”
“Recently opened a checking account here and then shortly afterwards a CD. I wanted to give a shout out to Sam. Sam was truly wonderful from beginning to end. He assisted and discussed the different product offerings at the bank. He did mention that the Flower Mound branch would be closing in December just in case that would change my decision on opening an account. They always greet you when you come into the branch and they are very attentive. Just a lovely banking experience.”

“Such a better experience than what I just had at Chase. We were walking up and the security guard came out to hold the door for us. We went inside and immediately were greeted by Arturo. I explained we needed to ad my wife to the savings account. He asked us to have a seat and 2 minutes later we are taking care of business. He updated our info and explained why instead of just firing off questions. Great experience.”

“I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to it's organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for my wife. I would recommend a visit to the location to see for yourself.”
