“The Frisco location had fixed 2 of my phones! One they’ve fixed a few times lol. The gentlemen working there have always been really kind, especially the man today who let my son see the process of changing the screen. It meant a lot to me. Thanks IFIX for always fixing my phones”

“Anne was a dream to work with. I have a super busy job and felt awful that I had to come in 30 min before closing. I needed some guidance on creating a new line for myself and while it was a timely process she was extremely attentive and step by step we got more than what I thought needed to be done. She is an expert at her job and was able to answer questions before I had them. Her process of understanding her company is next level. I wanted to share my experience as I walked in completely blind and she made sure I didn’t not leave with any doubts. Thank you Anne!”

“Especially switching from Mint Mobile (which isn’t bad for the price if you don’t use much data). Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good”

“I see a lot of bad reviews. Maybe they're deserved. But AT&T did a great install and the service has been solid. So no complaints. We had Optimum about a year ago and they dropped service every other week, it seemed.”
