“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

“At protech you get to speak directly to certified mercedes tech that works on your car, unlike at the dealership. Also, there are no upsales by some dealership “service manager”. The turn around time for work is much less time than you’d get anywhere else, especially the dealership. Highly recommend, been coming here for years.”

“I have been going to this man for several vehicles now. I always tell him to charge me what he believes he is worth because the final result of each vehicle I give him exceeds my expectations BY FAR. Thus I am 100% willing to pay if the job is good. And EVERY TIME he impresses me more and more. He just wrapped my bike, (check his Facebook page for pics) and that is by no means an easy feat. Yet this man made it look amazing. AND NOT ONLY FROM PICTURES. When I saw this bike in person, I had no words. He blew me away! Close up detail, very meticulous on hidden areas others wouldn’t pay much attention to (and yes, I’ve been to other wrappers in San Antonio). I will continue bringing JC my vehicles because I know I can count on the end product looking how it should (in every case so far, better than I expected. And yes, I am very picky!) “Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds.
I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done.
I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles..
After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube.

I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever.
They greeted me, asked for what I wanted done, and got the job done, I paid, and drove out!

“Just a good old-fashioned customer service centric business. Pricing is about the same as Discount Tire, but the ability to not have to wait hours is the huge plus. Their roadside service has always been fast, efficient, and priced right. While I have used them for years, a couple months ago while I was out of town on business, my wife had a flat on I10 east of SA in a construction zone. I called Lyndas, and they were on site within 30 minutes, and to both of our great relief they had her going again within 10 minutes of arrival!!
Based on a recommendation from a friend that uses their commercial roadside service, I started using them exclusively for our company vehicles as well as my personal vehicles several years ago, many new tires and roadside services later, I have never had a regret!!
